Zelda Tears of the Kingdom – Teniten Shrine Walkthrough

Teniten Shrine in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is found in the Cental Hyrule region.

This is a combat shrine, based around throwing items.

For this shrine you specifically need to throw weapons at the Construct to defeat it. There are a number of Rusty Halbderds sitting to the left you can pick up if needed, then hold  to aim and release to throw at the Construct. You need to hit it two times to complete the trial. Wait for the Construct to stop moving and aim at you to hit it easily. When the Construct is defeated the exit door opens. Make sure to open the chest on the way out for a 4-power Zonaite Spear.

Interact with the green altar at the end of the shrine for 1 Light of Blessing. It also restores your health and unlocks the shrine as a permanent fast travel point.
