Sinatanika Shrine in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (TotK) is found in the Akkala region.

Sinatanika Shrine Solution
This is a combat shrine, based around teaching the Sneakstrike move.
1. Head into the shrine, grabbing the two swords from the spot ahead. You need to perform Sneakstrikes on the enemy to complete the shrine. These are higher-power attacks you can perform from behind an enemy when they aren’t aware of you. Crouch by clicking 
then slowly move behind the enemy. Target them by holding 
, then when you are close enough a prompt will appear on the screen showing you to press 
to perform the Sneakstrike.
2. Repeat once more to complete the shrine. This time the enemy will be moving around the area, so wait until it moves to a new spot and is looking around a bunch of times, then approach from behind.
Interact with the green altar at the end of the shrine for 1 Light of Blessing. It also restores your health and unlocks the shrine as a permanent fast travel point.
