Rock for Sale is a Shrine Quest in The Legend of Zelda: Zelda Tears of the Kingdom (TotK). It unlocks Jochi-ihiga Shrine. This guide explains where to find Rock for Sale location to unlock the shrine.

Note that you can find the actual shrine location first for this quest, but it will just direct you to the above location where you can actually start the Shrine Quest.
1. Head into Tarrey Town to the west side where there is a man standing beside a Shrine rock. Interact with him, but decline all of his offers to buy the rock until you exit the conversation. Talk to him again after and agree to buy the rock for 50 rupees.
2. This completes the Rock for Sale portion of the quest, but you still need to actually get it back to its home to complete the shrine. This is located at the very south end of Lake Akkala.
3. There are numerous ways to do this, but we’ll show one if you don’t currently have a bunch of extra Zonai devices. Place it on the railcar (and pay Hagie 20 rupees to be able to use it if you haven’t already) then ride the railcar down to the construction site by the lake.
4. Pick up the rock and then make your way toward the south end of this area. On your way, you should have noticed a number of Zonai devices stuck in the ground. The easiest way to use these to get across to the Shrine is to grab a Fan, then cut down some of the trees on the south side by the lake. Stick them together in a raft, then place the fan on the back to propel yourself towards the Shrine.
The shrine itself doesn’t have any puzzles, it’s a “Rauru’s Blessing” reward shrine. Go inside, open the chest, and interact with the green gate at the end to complete the shrine.
