Mayaumekis Shrine in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is found in Hebra region (northwest), in the Sky on a floating island above Hebra Peak.
You will reach this shrine during Main Quest: Tulin of Rito Village. Before this quest you can’t reach it.
Mayaumekis Shrine Location
Play Main Quest: Tulin of Rito Village, during this you visit Rising Island Chain, there you find the Shrine. From Hebra Peak on the Surface Map you can fly from one pillar to the next with Tulin’s help. When you reach a tall pillar that’s too big to climb, land on the platform underneath and use Ascend ability to beam to the top of the pillar. At the top you can jump onto the sails of the flying ship to be catapulted to the shrine, or simply glide to the platform underneath the shrine and use Ascend again to beam up.
Mayaumekis Shrine Solution
This Shrine is about “Downward Force” and teaches you how to use the roofs of flying ships as bouncing pads. This is useful to navigate the sky islands over Hebra Mountain.
- Shoot an arrow at the yellow crystal through the open wall.
- Defeat the enemy upstairs and jump on the roof of the flying ship. Now jump from one flying ship to the next until you reach the top of the room.
- At the top you will see a yellow crystal behind metal bars. While in the air hold ZR-Button to freeze time and aim your bow. Hit the yellow crystal to open the hatch beneath it. Jump on the ship under the yellow crystal to be catapulted to the end of the shrine.
As usual, interact with the green altar for 1 Light of Blessing. It also restores your health and unlocks the shrine as a permanent fast travel point.
For all other Shrines refer to Zelda Tears of the Kingdom All Shrines.
