Kiuyoyou Shrine in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is found in Central Hyrule region, between Hyrule Ridge and Great Hyrule Forest.

This is a puzzle shrine, focused around using blocks of ice and how they interact with fire jets.
1. Grab the block of ice and hold it under the fire jets to shrink it in size.
2. With the block shrunk slightly you can then place it on the button on the opposite side of the room, opening the gate.
3. Jump over top of the air jets in the next room and glide to have them propel you across the gap.
4. Grab the stone slab and place it in front of the fire jets to stop them from melting the ice that is dropping down.
5. Grab the block of ice and move it out of the way of the jets (if the last block was hit by fire before you were able to block the jets you can drop it off the ledge to have a new block drop). When you have a full one stick the stone slab to the top of it.
6. Drop the block on the spike ramp so it slides across the room, then glide across the gap after it.
7. Before progressing you can use the ice block to climb the ledge on the right, then lift it up on the ledge to climb again to reach a chest that contains a Zonaite Spear.
8. Now take the block into the other room and place it under the fire jets with the slab on top. This prevents the ice from melting and weights down the button, opening the door. If you accidentally melt this ice you can use the first block from this room.
Interact with the green gate at the end of the shrine for 1 Light of Blessing. It will also restore your health and unlocks the shrine as a permanent fast travel point.
