Keys Born of Water is a Shrine Quest in The Legend of Zelda: Zelda Tears of the Kingdom (TotK). It unlocks Jochisiu Shrine. This guide explains where to find Keys Born of Water location to unlock the shrine.

Keys Born of Water Shrine Quest Location (Jochisiu Shrine)

Keys Born of Water Shrine Quest Solution (Jochisiu Shrine)

  1. Head to the location marked in the map above and start the quest by speaking to the Steward Construct. It will tell you the ice is the key for this quest.
  2. Grab a piece of Flint (There are some located in this immediate area) and place it next to the wooden stick pile:
  3. Attack the Flint to start the fire:
  4. From here you have two options. You can just use Ice Fruit fused arrows or you can take a Frost Emitter and attach it to a weapon or shield:
  5. Head down to the river and use either item on the water to create an ice block:
  6. Grab the ice with Ultrahand and bring it back to the Steward without going near the campfire. Now change its position so it appears like a diamond in front of you:

  7. Now place that piece of ice in the slot closest to the Steward:
  8. Head back to the water and repeat the process, get an ice block, turn it to appear like a diamond in front of you and this time bring it to the campfire. Hold the ice over the fire to melt it enough to fit into the second pillar:

  9. Head back down to the river and make one final Ice Block and bring it back to the campfire. This one you need to let melt a bit more so it fits into the final slot:

  10. Be careful with how much you melt each piece, its easier to have it be too big still and have to melt it more than it is to have to go create another ice block. Once you have all three ice blocks in the walls you will complete this quest and the shrine will spawn above:

The shrine itself doesn’t have any puzzles, it’s a “Rauru’s Blessing” reward shrine. Go inside, open the chest, and interact with the green gate at the end to complete the shrine.

For all other Shrines refer to Zelda Tears of the Kingdom All Shrines.
