Gemimik Shrine in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (TotK) is found in the Akkala region.

Gemimik Shrine Solution
This is a puzzle shrine, based around powering a turbine to open the exit door.
1. Enter the shrine and go past the structures in the middle to the back left. Pick up the metal plate from the floor and use it to connect the power point with the point in the middle.
2. Now go opposite the center area where there is a large fan on the ground. Stick it to the rotating spot in the middle to start blowing air upward.
3. Climb up the ramp and jump above the fan and glide to propel yourself in the air. Note that on the left of the room is a platform with a Flame Emitter but opposite there is a platform with a chest. To reach the chest you need to use the momentum from when you first glide up the air to reach the ledge. When you do you can open the chest to obtain a 50-power Might Zonaite Shield.
4. Now drop back down and glide to the platform with the Flame Emmiters, throwing at least one of them down.
5. On ground level pick up the Flame Emitter and stick it to the center of the rotating turbine. If it’s not active hit the turbine to turn it on, then because of the turbine spinning it will light the torches around the center of the room, opening the exit door.
Interact with the green altar at the end of the shrine for 1 Light of Blessing. It also restores your health and unlocks the shrine as a permanent fast travel point.
