Gatanisis Shrine in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (TotK) is found in the Akkala region.

Gatanisis Shrine Solution
This is a puzzle shrine, based on bouncing a large ball into a switch.
1. This shrine is only one large puzzle, where you need to activate the switch on the right side of the room. To do this, walk up to where the springy platform is and stand on the square off the main section. Wait for the ball to drop on the platform, then quickly grab it and move it to the end under the button.
2. You then want to use Rewind on the platform. This will reverse through the movement it did, with it eventually repeating the bounce from when the ball hit it and bouncing it up into the button, opening the exit door.
3. Now if you want to reach the chest in this shrine, it’s located on top of the platform where the button was and is a bit tough to reach. You should repeat what you did prior by grabbing the ball, but this time place it slightly before the edge of the platform with the button. Rewind the platform again which will launch yourself in the air, then land on top of the ball. Rewind the ball and it should launch you into the air so you can reach the top where the chest is. Open the chest to obtain 5 x Bomb Flower. You can then glide down to the door to exit the shrine.
Interact with the green altar at the end of the shrine for 1 Light of Blessing. It also restores your health and unlocks the shrine as a permanent fast travel point.
