Ga-ahisas Shrine in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (TotK) is found in Tabantha Sky Archipelago region, on Lightcast Island. It’s a sky shrine that requires some platforming and puzzle solving to reach.
Ga-ahisas Shrine Location
Ga-ahisas Shrine is located in the Sky > Tabantha Sky Archipelago > Lightcast Island. How to reach it is explained in the solution section below.
Ga-ahisas Shrine Solution
To unlock the Shrine you must first solve the Lightcast Island Puzzle. Follow these steps to get there and solve it:
- Start by catapulting up Gerudo Highlands Skyview Tower, glide north to the big orb in the sky called North Gerudo Sky Archipelago. There are some Zonai enemies on floating platforms with 2 rockets on them. Attach one rocket facing upward. Hit it to raise the platform, but keep the 2nd rocket in hand with Ultrahand so that it doesn’ fall off. After the first rocket burns out, you attach the second rocket to raise the platform even higher. Then glide over to the big orb, from there glide north to Tabantha Sky Archipelago. The path is shown in red below.
- On Tabantha Sky Archipelago, use the lever to rotate the catapult until it faces north to Lightcast Island where the shrine is. Stand on the catapult and it will shoot you over there.
- In the northwest corner of Lightcast Island activate the green altar to drain the water.
- Now head inside the cave where the light is shining, destroy the rocks blocking the path using a Rock-fused weapon.
- Inside the cave are mirrors. You must make the light shine from one mirror to the next until it reaches the end of the cave. There are two mirrors at the start, one must be carried to the last platform using Ultrahand. You can drop it in the water, climb the last platform, then pull it out of the water.
- Defeat the enemy at the end of the cave and grab the mirror it drops to redirect the light to the orange glowing shield. This will open the walls and reveals the shrine.
- Go down the stairs behind where you shined the light. At the bottom of the stairs is the entrance to Ga-ahisas Shrine.
- This is a Rauru’s Blessing Shrine, meaning it doesn’t have any puzzles. It’s just a reward shrine with a chest.
Do note that solving the Lightcast Island puzzle is always mandatory to make the shrine appear. Even though you can glide to its location without going through the steps, the shrine won’t spawn until you do all required steps.
For all other Shrines refer to Zelda Tears of the Kingdom All Shrines.
