An Eerie Voice is a Side Adventure quest in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (TotK). This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the An Eerie Voice side mission.
Location: Faron > Fural Plain > Highland Stable
Quest Giver: Penn
Requirement: Having started Side Adventure: Potential Princess Sightings from Lucky Clover Gazette in Hebra
Reward: 100 Rupees
Quest Info: “Leave the… rms…” According to Penn, a voice has been heard at Highland Stable at night. Witnesses say it comes from Fural Plain to the northwest, and it sounds like Zelda. But no one has actually seen the mysterious woman. Accompany Penn at night, and investigate the haunting voice.
Objectives:
- Wait Until Night, Talk to Penn
- Enter Haran Lakefront Well
Starting Location: An Eerie Voice
This quest starts by talking to Penn at Highland Stable. It’s only available after accepting Side Adventure: Potential Princess Sightings, and having talked to Penn outside the Lucky Clover Gazette in Hebra. He then spawns at the stables throughout the game to give you new side adventures, and this is one of them.
Wait Until Night, Talk to Penn
Penn tells you that the eerie voice can only be heard at night. Wait at the campfire next to Penn until Night.
Then talk to Penn again and you will automatically travel with him to the Fural Plain to the northwest. Talk to Penn again after you arrive there.
Enter Haran Lakefront Well
To locate the source of the eerie voice, drop down the Haran Lakefront Well, slightly northwest of where Penn stands.
After dropping down the well, you meet a woman and she reveals she was singing a song there every night with no ill intent. The villagers simply misheard the lyrics and thought something spooky was going on. This solves the mystery and Penn arrives which concludes the quest.
This finishes An Eerie Voice Side Adventure in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
