Stables in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (TotK) allow you to sleep, to recharge health, and to park your horses. A Horse parked at one stable will be available at all other stables worldwide too. You must visit Stables and talk to the people there for Side Adventure “Potential Princess Sighting” which starts at Lucky Clover Gazette in Hebra region. This Adventure gives you 3 Armor Pieces that let you climb slippery surfaces.
Knowing where all Stables are is important for this Side Adventure but also to always have a point where you can retrieve your horse. See How to Catch Horses.
Talking to the receptionist for the first time at a stable grants 1 “Pony Point”. These can be redeemed at the ledger inside the stable for horse-related upgrades.
