Zelda Tears of the Kingdom contains 7 Bargainer Statue Locations. Finding all Bargainer Statues is needed for 100% map completion. The Bargainer Statues let you trade Poes, the blue orbs found in the Depths, for items and armor. The first statue is found at the north-gate of Lookout Landing. It looks like a big triangular rock with a face on it, next to where Robbie and Josha hang out. The remaining 6 statues are all found in The Depths (underground area).
Each Bargainer Statue you discover in the Depths adds 1 new armor piece, for 6 pieces total (2 full armor sets). All statues share the same inventory. So after finding 1 new Bargainer Statue the new armor gets added to all statues’ items for sale. The other materials they sell are also the same between all statues.
The Depths Armor Set is particularly useful to get permanent Gloom Resistance, this way you can avoid getting broken gray hearts when walking over red gloom for short periods. If you walk in Gloom for too long you will still take damage but it then heals back when not touching it for a while. It doesn’t protect from enemies that deal gloom damage. The items for sale are listed at the bottom of the guide.
Normally, you would pay a Bargainer Statue in Poes to get the location of the next one revealed on the map. The first one only costs 10 Poes but then the price increases to 100 Poes. It’s better to save this for purchasing armor and use the location images below to find them. If you haven’t revealed the Depths Map yet, the outlines of the Depths Map are identical to the Surface Map, so an easy trick is to put the map cursor at the equivalent spot on the Surface and then press D-Pad down to switch to the Depths and put a red marker at that spot. Then it stays marked in the minimap which makes navigating there easier.
