Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands Trophy Roadmap
- Estimated trophy difficulty: 4/10 in co-op – 5/10 solo (due to Chaos Rank 20 being harder solo)
- Approximate amount of time to platinum: 40-60 hours (doable in 40h with good co-op partners / 45-60h solo depending on your build and skill)
- Offline Trophies: 39 (1, 5, 4, 29)
- Online Trophies: 0 (trophies for trading with another player and reviving a player can be done in offline splitscreen with 2nd controller)
- Number of missable trophies: 0, can still do everything after the story in free-roam
- Glitched trophies: 2 can glitch for some players but are obtainable and work fine for most players
- Parasites Lost may not unlock if you do it in co-op and aren’t the host, it works fine when you are the host or play solo)
- Completionist Is Next to Godliness has some isolated reports of not unlocking, but works fine for most players, believed to be buggy if some side quests were done in co-op and others solo
- There are also several reports of other trophies randomly glitching out when playing co-op, therefore it’s recommended to play in solo singleplayer or to keep regular save backups in case something glitches, so that you can copy back your save without having to replay the entire game.
- Does difficulty affect trophies?: No, can do everything on easiest difficulty
- Hardest Trophy: Controlled Chaos
- Minimum Playthroughs: 1
- PS4/PS5 Autopop & Save Transfer: Save Transfer works from PS4 to PS5 only (not from PS5 to PS4), can upload save in title screen of PS4 version and download it in title screen of PS5 version. No autopop for trophies, must replay the game to pop the trophies.
- PS4/PS5 Crossbuy: Yes, but only with the more expensive Next-Level Edition & Chaotic Great Edition (Standard Edition is PS4 only)
- Free-Roam after Story?: Yes, can still revisit all areas, nothing is missable.
- Release Date: March 25, 2022
Introduction
Welcome to the Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands Trophy Guide! This game is a spinoff of the main Borderlands series. It features the same combat mechanics but has a different overall game structure. You now select main missions and side activities from an “Overworld” map which functions like a game board used to move between areas. The Overworld connects all the individual areas in a semi-open world. It’s a fairly straightforward trophy hunt. Beat the story, do all side quests, win 20 of the endgame dungeons called “Chaos Trials” to reach Chaos Level 20, most of the other trophies will come naturally along the way. As usual with Borderlands you can duplicate money and items by yourself using a 2nd controller in splitscreen, or with an online friend if you don’t have a 2nd controller. This makes it easy to get enough gold for buying all upgrades. There is nothing that you need to look out for, just have fun, enjoy the game, mop up what you are missing after the story. Nothing is missable, you can revisit all areas after the story and still play all side quests.
Step 1: Play through the Story [15-20 Hours]
Start by playing through the story. You can pick the easiest difficulty “Relaxed” if you wish. It’s best to already do any side quests you come across. Otherwise you’d be too underleveled for the main quest areas, you can’t simply rush through the story without leveling up in between. The side quests get marked by yellow exclamation marks “(!)” when nearby. There are no collectibles to look out for. Just have fun, do as much as you want along the way. Nothing in the game is missable, you can still go back to all areas and do all remaining side quests after the story.
The best starting class is the Spellshot. The starting class is permanent and cannot be changed, so this is an important choice. For recommended character build see Best Starting Class Guide. You can still reset your Skills/Hero Points (passive attributes) after the story so you can’t mess anything up in that regard. Just during the story they cannot be reset. After Main Quest 5: Emotion of the Ocean you unlock a secondary class. The Spore Warden is recommended for secondary class, it has a mushroom companion that will help distract enemies for you. After the story the secondary class can freely be changed to any other class and you can reallocate the skill points. The secondary class is not permanent (only the starting class is permanent).
Step 2: Side Quests, Dungeon Doors, Encampments [15-20 Hours]
After the story finish any side quests you have left. You can go back everywhere, nothing is missable. In the Overworld you must also find and complete all 7 Dungeon Doors and any 10 Encampments (there are more than 10 of those).
Below are guides for all these completion tasks:
- Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands – All Side Quests Walkthrough
- Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands – All Dungeon Door Locations
- Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands – All Encampment Locations
Step 3: Buy All Inventory Upgrades [1 Hour]
In preparation for the Chaos Trials you’ll want to buy all inventory upgrades at the forge in Brighthoof (Hub City). This costs a total of 306,173,000 gold (306.2 Million). This is an incredible amount of money that’s hard to reach through normal gameplay. Luckily, you can dupe gold very quickly using a 2nd controller (or with a co-op friend if you don’t have a 2nd controller). See the below guide on how to do this:
Having all Inventory Upgrades lets you carry more ammo for weapons and gives you more space in the backpack. This will come in handy for the Chaos Trials, more ammo is always good.
Step 4: Chaos Level 20 [10+ Hours]
Reaching Chaos Level 20 is the big endgame grind. After finishing the main story you get a new main quest marker for the Epilogue. Go through the Epilogue quest markers and you’ll be led to the Chamber of Chaos. There you will be given a tutorial on how Chaos Trials work.
After this, you can talk to the NPC in the Chamber of Chaos and choose the “Chaos Trial”. Play through a trial from start to end (defeat the boss in the last room). Each Trial Playthrough increases your Chaos Level by +1. In other words, you must finish 20 Chaos Trials successfully. They are a series of randomized enemy rooms with a boss in the last room. See Controlled Chaos for tips.

You earn XP from completing main quests, side quests, overworld activities, and from defeating enemies.
To reach Level 40, simply play through the main story, do all side quests, play Chaos Rank Trials after the story. If you do the side quests as they appear you should finish the story at level 30-40. For the remaining level-ups play the Chaos Rank Trials (unlocked after story). You must finish all side quests and reach Chaos Rank 20 for other trophies anyway. You will automatically reach Level 40 while working on those other trophies, no need to specifically grind for XP. You can speed it up by restoring the purple shrine in the overworld (Shrine of Grindanna), it gives a permanent +10% XP gain. |

||
Grab My Hand! Revive a partner. |
||
This can be done in either offline splitscreen using a 2nd controller by yourself or in online co-op with another player (if you don’t have a 2nd controller). The trophy doesn’t unlock when reviving NPC partners / class-specific companions, must be another player.
You can do this by yourself if you have a 2nd controller:
Now simply have your health depleted with the 2nd controller player and use the 1st controller to revive. You can also do the trophy for trading with another player in the same way! |
||
Reversal of Fates Get a Death Save off a badass or a boss. |
||
When your health is fully depleted you will get downed and get a timer on the screen (red bar in the middle). To get a “Death Save” you must kill an enemy before this timer runs out to self-revive. For this trophy you must do this against a badass (mini-boss) or a main boss.
The easiest option is to damage a badass or main boss until they are about to die in a few more hits. Then initially let yourself get downed and quickly kill the boss. |
||
Put the RNG in Orange Find an enchanted legendary item in the wild. |
||
For this you must get a legendary (yellow grade) item to drop that says “Enchanted” in its item description. Sometimes items have this enchanted effect in their description and sometimes they do not. As soon as such an item drops from an enemy the trophy will pop immediately, no need to even pick it up! Thereby you cannot miss out on it once such an item has been dropped.
This trophy is completely luck-based, it’s pure luck when a legendary will drop and whether it will have the enchanted effect or not. As you level up and increase your Chaos Rank (after story) the droprates for legendaries will improve. You will quite certainly find such an item while working towards Chaos Level 20 for Controlled Chaos. Legendaries drop more regularly during higher rank Chaos Trials. If you are lucky you can already get one to drop during the story. Here’s what an Enchanted Legendary Item looks like (yellow item name and yellow “Enchanted” in description): |
||
Bursting Coffers Have at least 100,000 gold. |
||
For this you must have 100,000 gold in your inventory at the same time (doesn’t count cumulatively).
See trophy Goldionaire. |
||
Goldionaire Have at least 1,000,000 gold. |
||
For this you must have 1 Million gold in your inventory at the same time (doesn’t count cumulatively).
This may sound like a lot, but after reaching Level 40 and increasing your Chaos Rank it’s really not that much. Level 40 items sell for a lot more money and enemies drop a lot more. The higher your level, the more money drops you receive. You will quite easily reach 1 Million gold while playing through the 20 Chaos Trials for Controlled Chaos in the endgame after the story. You can also dupe your gold with a 2nd controller in offline splitscreen, see this guide for instructions: » Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands – How to Dupe Infinite Money & Items |
||
Mag of Holding Purchase the final tier of any inventory upgrade. |
||
See trophy Mule Character below – but for this you must only reach the max upgrade for 1 of the 9 upgrade categories. The cheapest one being the Lost Loot SDU which costs 3,280,000 gold to max out.
Mule Character Purchase every inventory upgrade. |
||
This trophy requires you to buy all inventory upgrades for all types of ammo / backpack / storage / lost loot. Every tier for all 9 types of inventory upgrades is required. This costs 306,173,000 total gold.
This is an incredibly high amount that you won’t reach through normal gameplay. To get this much money you will have to dupe (duplicate) it, either using a 2nd controller in offline splitscreen or with a friend in co-op if you don’t have a 2nd controller. See this how to dupe that much money quickly: » Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands – How to Dupe Infinite Money & Items The upgrades are bought in the forge at Brighthoof (Hub City), from the chest to the left of the smith: Pistol SDU (10,934,500):
Shotgun SDU (10,934,500):
SMG SDU (10,934,500):
Assault Rifle SDU (10,934,500):
Sniper Rifle SDU (30,617,000):
Heavy SDU (30,617,000):
Backpack SDU (30,617,000):
Bank SDU (167,304,000):
Lost Loot SDU (3,280,000):
|
||
Take This Trade with another player. |
||
This can be done in either offline splitscreen using a 2nd controller or in online co-op with another player (if you don’t have a 2nd controller).
You can do this by yourself if you have a 2nd controller:
Now simply approach the other character and hold to send a trade request, the other player/controller must hold touchpad to accept the request. Now simply add any item (or 1 money) to the trade offer menu. Then both players must click “trade” at the bottom, then it takes a few seconds for the trade to complete and the trophy will pop. |
||
Shop, Drop, and Roleplay Pick up and redeem a cosmetic item. |
||
You will receive cosmetic items randomly throughout the game, they have purple item color (all drops are randomized). The cosmetic items are used to customize the look of your character and banner. Equip one such item, then in your inventory click on it to redeem it to pop the trophy.
Luck Amok Have at least 3,000 total Loot Luck. |
||
This trophy will automatically unlock on your way to Chaos Level 20. You gain 3000 Loot Luck from playing through the Chaos Trials so don’t even worry about this one.
Loot Luck is one of the passive character attributes. You can check your Loot Luck by going to Skills Menu > press to open Hero Points (Attributes) > scroll to “Loot Luck” at the top: There is “Base Loot Luck” and Multipliers that give you a boost to overall Loot Luck. This stat decides how likely you are to get higher-grade gear drops (purple and yellow rarity). The easiest way to increase Base Loot Luck is to play through all 20 Chaos Trials for Controlled Chaos. You get a boost to your Base Loot Luck (about +100) for each finished Chaos Trial. You also get increases from other completion tasks, after having done the story and all side quests you should have around 1000 Loot Luck just from that. Then do the Chaos Trials to rank it up more. To increase the multipliers:
No particular multiplier is absolutely mandatory but you can combine all these to get to 3000 Loot Luck quicker. You will get to Loot Luck 3000 automatically while doing all other trophies, in particular while finishing Chaos Level 20. So don’t worry about this one too much, it will likely come without even trying. Just remember to put your Myth Ranks into increased Loot Luck after reaching Level 40. |
||
They Haven’t Invented Podcasts Yet Pick up a lore scroll. |
||
Lore Scrolls are found throughout the game, there are 57 total. For trophy purposes you need only 1 single one for this particular trophy.
An easy one is found in the Overworld, follow the path opposite Queen’s Gate entrance. Melee the tree branches that are in the way to find the scroll behind. |
||
Keep On Rollin’ Enchant or re-enchant an item. |
||
After finishing the main story (10 main quests) you unlock a new main quest marker to the Epilogue. Play the Epilogue, it will lead you to the smith in Brighthoof, talk to her and she will tell you that you can now reroll the enchantments (mods) on items. You find an Enchantment Reroller machine in the forge behind the smith in Brighthoof:
Simply use this machine on any item to pop the trophy. It requires Moon Orbs (endgame currency), you get a bunch of them automatically during the Epilogue. Another Enchantment Reroller machine is found in The Chamber of Chaos, which you also reach during the Epilogue. |
||
Dungeon Ender Complete every Dungeon Door in the Overworld. |
||
» Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands – All Dungeon Door Locations
Back Off! Stun an enemy chasing you in the Overworld. |
||
In the Overworld map, walk through grass to make an enemy spawns. As soon as it spawns press to punch it, this will make the enemy disappear and unlocks the trophy.
Fired Festival Clear out 10 encampments in the Overworld. |
||
» Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands – All Encampment Locations
Thank the Maker Complete a Chaos Chamber run. |
||
See Controlled Chaos for reaching Chaos Level 20, in order to increase your Chaos Level you will have to play Chaos Chamber runs, you’ll get this automatically after the first one (Chaos Ranks are unlocked after the story during Epilogue).
“You Mean the Chaos Levels?” Reach Chaos level 10. |
||
See Controlled Chaos for reaching Chaos Level 20.
Controlled Chaos Reach Chaos level 20. |
||
The Chaos Chamber (Chaos Levels) are unlocked after the story. After finishing the story you will get a new main quest marker for the Epilogue. Follow those Epilogue quest markers and you will be led to the Chaos Chamber in Brighthoof. You are then given a quick tutorial of how the Chaos Chambers work. They are a long series of randomized rooms filled with randomized enemies. At the end of each room you can pick between two portals that will decide the reward of the next room. At the end there’s always a boss, after the boss you come to a reward room where you can trade in the crystals you gained for item categories of your choice. After this the Chaos Trial will finish. By default you have 3 lives for the entire trial, but you can buy more throughout the trial. To increase your Chaos Level you must talk to Dragon Lord inside The Chamber of Chaos and select the Chaos Trial. Win the Chaos Trial (survive all rooms and beat the boss at the end). Chaos Trial is the only type of trial that increases your Chaos Rank. Do NOT play the Featured Run / Normal Run / Extended Run. Those do NOT increase your Chaos Level! You have to beat 20 Chaos Trials from start to finish to reach Chaos Level 20. If you run out of lives you must restart a new Chaos Trial. This is basically the endgame grind. In the beginning you can do a run in 20-30 minutes, but the enemies get harder with each level and later it will take 30-40+ minutes per run (solo). Let’s assume an average of 30 minutes per run x 20 runs = 600 minutes (10 hours), assuming you don’t need to ever retry any trials. Chaos Trial Tips:
Boss Tips: Below are videos for the story bosses that can also spawn in the Chaos Trials and some tips.

Petter Almberg says
I’m currently stuck at chaos level 6 because of a boss with a minion that refills her shield. When I restart the trial I always get the same boss in the end.
PowerPyx says
You mean Wastard / Son of a Witch?
You need to place a sigil with electric damage around him (or 2 if you have dual-wield spells from Spellshot class). It drains his shield quickly and hurts his pet dragon. Then fire at him with a weapon dealing explosive damage / splash damage – any version of Lewdite of Blastoff Pistol works well, just shoot it at the main boss and the splash damage will also hit the dragon while also hurting the bosses shield at the same time.
With a Spellshot and the right Spells he’s easier than with other classes. But yeah the 2nd most annoying boss after Dragon Lord imo.
I added videos for the story bosses and some more tips for the hard ones to the guide.
I also had that boss from Chaos Level 6 to Level 7, could be coincidence but maybe he’s fixed at that level. I tested on some other levels of trials and it changed the boss when dying and restarting a new trial (but if you die in the 1st room it doesn’t seem to change, perhaps rebooting game can help).
Sophie says
No glitches trophies?? There’s 4 comments on your “Walk the Stalk” YouTube video all saying they didn’t get the trophy when completing the quest while not being the host.. myself included..
PowerPyx says
There appear to be multiple reports of this indeed. I’ll add it to glitched trophies, but like you said seems to happen only in co-op while not being the host.
Thanks for pointing it out!
Frasier says
I also have that, but also with the “you, esquire” trophy. So I’m missing 2 story trophies now.
Playing the game with my brother, he got the trophies, I didn’t.
I’ll update if more trophies are bugged
Petter Almberg says
Thank you for taking the time with an answer! I will try what you suggested. I didn’t play spellshot on my first character but I will on my second.
Crusaser says
Trophies that never popped for me host and non hoat
Parasites lost

Completionist is next to godliness

My fix back up save before the trophy and keep trying
Ricky Blowes says
Playing the game fully co-op, I’m the host, however my partner got the ‘gob darn good work’ trophy and I didn’t any reports on this, anyway to get it to pop?
Deluziion says
Completionist Is Next to Godliness can also bug (posts on multiple websites)
Tracker sticks on 47/48 while the map show 48/48.
I’ve played the whole game solo and it bugged out on me. No clue which quest bugged because I’ve compared my list with the list on here but everything is completed with a checkmark.
Sucks -.-…
PowerPyx says
That’s one of the worst to bug. I’ll add a note about it, thanks for bringing to up!
Bernadette says
In split screen, achievements are unlocked for both accounts? Thanks
PowerPyx says
I think so, yes. When I did the duplication exploit using a 2nd account, it popped the trophies for 100k / 1 million gold on the 2nd account. I haven’t tested this for all the story trophies but I’d assume those work for both accounts too.
Mattia says
I happen to not progress beyond level 6
in the chaos chambers
it continues to reload the same and I cannot continue.
Sven says
Level trophies are also glitched, never got the one for level 30
ireloy says
For the controlled chaos trophy, do you have to finish 20 runs in 1 sitting to get the trophy?
PowerPyx says
No, can be done over different sessions.
TJ says
“Thank the Maker” bugged for me.
It’s the last trophy I have left and it’s not popped even after hitting Chaos Level 20.
Anyone know how to fix this?
syndragore says
Bugged for my coop partner as well, doing a run with them as host still did not grant it. Did you find a fix for this?
GBone1987PL says
Hi.
Also trophies gliched in “You, esquire” & “So much for that guy” in co-op. Completed quest with my friend, he was a host, he got them and im not… I Got Trophie for all side quest completed tho… Lol
FLS-Nevermore says
Playing Solo all the way through I had 3 trophies glitch for me. Lv10, Soul Purpose and Fatebreaker. If anyone is on Soul Purpose could you add and invite me to the game? Going back through the story again is going to be mad annoying otherwise. My PSN ID is FLS-Nevermore.
Korvbagaren says
Yea it seems a lot of trophis are glitched when you play coop. I’ve played the entire game with my brother in coop and he got the platinum just now and I still miss for lvl 30 chaos lvl 10 and 20 andsome mission trophis. Even tho the all mission popped. The game in General was a bit glitchy in coop so I guess that might be for there server problems.
Syko says
Does it take long to get to 3,000 Loot Luck?
PowerPyx says
You get it automatically while working on other trophies, so no extra work needed. But to get to that point in the game takes about 30-40h.
Johnny says
Chaos Levels are glitched. We can complete Chaos Trial Level 10 but for me it’s ok, for my two friends it’s stuck at level 3 and level 0 only for the trophy but the game tells them level 10
Alien99 says
Can you make a cloud save before a chaos chamber run? In case you died(used all your lives) you can just reload the cloud save instead of starting over.. does this work?
Thnx
Terminator says
Nope. Restoring a save file backup is the same as starting a Chaos Chamber run over from scratch, because nothing saves unless you successfully complete a run.
Doord says
I have done all the side quests, but the trophy tracker says 47/48. The only side mission i dont see in my list is “ancient powers part 5”
Does anyone have the same problem, or had a solution?
PowerPyx says
The trophy is known to be bugged for some players. If it bugged, the only option is to replay the game from scratch and redo all side quests.
Ancient Powers Part 5 not showing in the journal is normal. It only lists Part 1, not Part 2-5 (this is normal and doesn’t affect the trophy or quest count). For me the quest count updated after doing just Part 1 of it. Parts 2-5 don’t count in the in-game tracker or trophy tracker, though it’s best to just do them to be safe.
Doord says
@powerpyx, i have sent an ticket with video to 2K, i dont want to play the game again. We will see if it gets updated in a patch or something.
Lindsay says
There is a side mission after the game in the overworld. Did you get that one? It’s up in the desert
Jacen says
Looks like if you do co-op and a friend who already has gotten ‘Luck Amok’ joins your game, the trophy will pop for you too right after they join. Not sure if that was entirely intended, but it’s what happened to me. So I literally didn’t even try at all.
Noctis Morgan says
Hi friends,
Looking for someone to do the duplication glitch for “Mule Character” since I don’t have a second controller.
Thank you.

Cloud200510 says
Played the Game fully solo but the quest Trophy got bugged.
Looking in my stats i have 48/48 but part 5 of the repeatable quest is not by the finished ones.
PowerPyx says
That’s normal, it doesn’t get added to the quest log (only Part 1 does).
Josh says
Hey might want to make a note on bugged trophies. The completionist is next to godliness trophy bug can be avoided. You need to do them all solo and save the repeatable side quest for last where you can summon that demon over and over with dryyxl. Sorry can’t remember the name of it right now.
Marty says
My chaos trials rises with 2 sometimes. I was level 11, did two runs and now I am at 15.
And I got more than 3 lives. Died atleast 5 times at a boss.
Andrew Camarillo says
I need help with two Co-op trophies, trading and reviving a team mate, PSN is BigTimePlaya45, I will also need help later with Chaos rank 20
Luke says
I can help you if you don’t mind doing chaos level 12 to 20 again cos I also need to do it
Bill says
Dungeon doors trophy glitched for me. I finished all of the dungeon so many times but trophy did not pop for me. It stuck 85% on trophy tracker.
HaGz says
that happened to me too. eventually popped when i ran a few ones i already did

Still bugged, 85%, going to re run them all again

Hey, just wanted to let you guys know that the side quest trophy got fixed. Simply start the game and it should pop up immediately.
Apparently the 2K support got a lot of messages … so good job guys!

Do you need to have chaos mode activate to level up your chaos rank? Because I have gone through chaos trial several time with chaos mode deactivated and my rank is stuck on level 1..
Laura says
Nvm figured it out
Laura says
Anyone for coop on chaos trial rank 11? We need one more
hawkwind666 says
It seems that if you do Chaos levels in co-op, it doesnt track correctly on Xbox. I was on Chaos levels 3, joined a co-op run where the host was at level 5. Now my achievement tracker is still showing as level 3. I think it’s glitched and now I won’t be able to get the achievement for chaos level 10 or 20.

Buck2374 says
Just finished the Controlled Chaos trophy, not sure if it has been altered in a hotfix but it only took about 5 or 6 full runs. Chaos level jumped from 5 to 10 after 1 run then 10 to 15 after the next run then the trophy popped after my next full run. Iron Lord was the boss on my last run. So not much of a grind.

Awesome guide, as well as ALL the other guides I used here in PP. Thanks for that.
I dunno If there’s a patch or something, but I didn’t need to play chaos challenge 20 times as said. Maybe I did something wrong, but I played once and unlocked chaos level 1. Than I played again in chaos level 1, and it unlocked chaos level 5.
Completing chaos challenge in chaos level 5 (selecting chaos level 5 when talking to dragon lord) unlocked chaos level 10 and the “You meant chaos level?” Trophy.
Completing again in chaos level 10 unlocked chaos level 15. Playing again in chaos level 15 unlocked the chaos level 20 and the “Controlled chaos” trophy.
So, with 5 plays It was all done, took about 3 ~ 4 hours. Level 15 chaos os quite challenging and the final Boss on chaos level 15 was dragon lord, took so long and so annoying, but it is possible to do solo.
