Starting Location: Alchemy: To Block the Sun
This quest is started in The Overworld after Main Quest 8: The Son of a Witch.
Reach Valley
Your task is to find a cactus and return it to Orson. Reach the valley by following the quest marker.
Kill cyclops
Stand in front of the cyclops and melee him 
to initiate an encounter to which you will be automatically transported.
Clear Encounter
This is like all encounters that happen with enemies in the Overworld. All you have to do is kill all the enemies to advance the quest.
Take your reward
Once the area is clear, shoot the large crystal, collect any loot you want and proceed.
Pick up cactus
You will return to the Overworld where you have to interact with the cactus once prompted.
Talk to Orson
Return back to Orson and talk to him.
After some short dialogue, this will end the quest for him.
