While playing as Abby you’ll enter a house where you must crawl under the floorboards. An enemy will come crawling at you, which Abby must shoot and kill. After this crawling section, turn left and jump through the window of the house. Inside this house, on a table, sits a note that counts as an Artifact.
That’s 100% of the collectibles you can find in Chapter 3: The Overlook in The Last of Us Part II.
