Chapter 4: Patrol (Jackson) contains 12 Collectible Locations in The Last of Us 2 (TLOU2). This walkthrough will guide you to all collectibles in Patrol Chapter in chronological order. Everything that’s needed for trophies and 100% completion is included: Artifacts, Journal Entries, Trading Cards, Coins, Safes, Training Manuals, Workbenches, Weapons, Supplements (Player Upgrades), Parts (Weapon Upgrades).
If you forget a Collectible you can still get it via Chapter Select, so nothing is missable.

Journal Entry #1
After Ellie and Dina dismount their horses, they will have a talk on a balcony (mini-cutscene). Afterward, stand in the same place again where Ellie enjoyed the view and press 
to scribble an entry into her Journal.

After Dina makes you climb up a rope, in the room on the right side (where a Bong is).
Supplements x7 + Parts x8
When Ellie and Dina ride their horses for the second time (after leaving the first building where they spend time at a lookout), Dina will point out some houses to check out. Dismount your horse and go inside the RV in the middle of the area to find some Supplements and Parts.
Artifact #1: A Note to Santa + Supplements x2
Same area as above. Leave the RV and check the abandoned house on the left (climb upstairs). There is 1 Artifact document in the nightstand by the bed and 2 Supplements in the bathroom.
Trading Card #1: Tesseracter + Supplements x2
Still in the same area, in a house further on the right. Climb onto the first floor via the pickup truck that’s parked outside. The collectible card is in a shelf and 2 Supplements on the nightstand.
Supplements x7
When Ellie and Dina stop their horses to enter the Greenplace Market, kill the first zombie in there. Do NOT go through the door on the left yet. Instead, go to the small side room on the right. Its door is blocked but you can climb out the window to circle around it. It has 7 Supplements in the sink. Warning: when you go through the door on the left first, you will be trapped and can’t come back here.
Parts x4
From the previous supplements, take the door leading to the left. In there Ellie throws a bottle at a runner (mini-cutscene). This room contains 4 Parts.
Parts x7
You will crawl under a truck, get attacked by a zombie and Dina saves you. After this, turn around and climb into the truck for 7 Upgrade Parts.
Artifact #2: Supermarket Apology + Supplements x8
From the last location, enter the back of the truck to find an Artifact message and 8 Supplements.

When Ellie and Dina put on their masks and enter the spore-infested area, there are 3 Parts in the room on the left (also some rags and alcohol).
Artifact #3: Good Boy Combo + Safe (07-20-13) + Parts x12 + Supplements x14
In the area where Ellie and Dina put on their masks and enter the spore-infested area, check the supermarket’s back office. There’s an Artifact document and a Safe inside. The Safe Code is 07-20-13, also contains 14 Supplements and 12 Scrap Parts. Warning: Do this before squeezing through the second gap (in kitchen), if you proceed this far you fall down and there’s no way back!

In a locker in the kitchen area just outside the back office where the last artifact & safe were (get it before squeezing through the gap).

In the room where Dina gives you a Molotov (check shelves and tables around the room).

In the Library in the room after breaking a window.

Automatic pickup in Library (unmissable story-related).
Journal Entry #2
After getting the above collectible (pendant), turn to your right in the next room to inspect a toy Giraffe.
Trading Card #2: Laurent Foucalt, CEO SPARK
Same area, in a side room on the left.
Artifact #5: Eugene’s Ultimatum
Same area, in the nightstand drawer.
Artifact #6: Photo of Eugene and Tommy
Same area, on table across from the nightstand.
Parts x7
Same table as above.
Workbench #1
Same area, after using the generator in the hallway.

There’s actually 27 supplements not 25 on the room where Dina gives you the molotov. They consist of 2 sets of 2 supplements and then 11 supplements and 12 supplements.

You can actually go back to this area, right after you exit the building through the roof and jump down, but before you mount the horses to go to the library. When you jump down, simply turn around and go back inside and pick up the supplements (climb out the window and circle around the door).

Jackson patrol the second journal entry won’t count.
I’m accessing “patrol” via chapter select and got the second journal entry (giraffe) which I missed on my first play through. Did the trick as always by going back to my main save but it still says journal entries 1/2. Tried several times and proceeded a bit further to make sure the game auto saved, still the same. The missing artifact I got did appear in record though. Someone knows any solution to this problem?

Only idea I have is reinstalling the game. Hope that works. Better back up your TLOU2 save games beforehand, just so nothing can get lost.

For the part where you go under the truck and get attacked by a runner, there’s actually 7 Supplements inside the truck, not 7 Weapon Parts

You can climb into the truck from 2 sides (from the side and from behind). Check both spots

Only a few of these seem to be accurate when playing grounded. At Eugene’s work bench, i only had 47 parts. This is going to be tough with the permadeath.
