Chapter 25: On Foot (Seattle Day 1) contains 9 Collectible Locations in The Last of Us 2 (TLOU2). This walkthrough will guide you to all collectibles in On Foot Chapter in chronological order. Everything that’s needed for trophies and 100% completion is included: Artifacts, Journal Entries, Trading Cards, Coins, Safes, Training Manuals, Workbenches, Weapons, Supplements (Player Upgrades), Parts (Weapon Upgrades).
If you forget a Collectible you can still get it via Chapter Select, so nothing is missable.

Coin #1: Kentucky
As soon as the chapter starts when you enter the dark hall, it’s on the right side (on table).
Parts x14
From the last location, proceed into the next room. Check the left shelf in the Halloween section for 14 Parts.
Parts x7
In the same room, climb the last shelf in the back of the room where some Infected are walking (the shelf at the wall). You need to climb the left shelf part first (above some blue trash bins) and from there climb to the right shelves.
Supplements x34
On top of the big shelf with wooden planks that you have to climb, on the gardening table with plastic chairs are 3 pill bottles (on main path).
Parts x9
After defeating a big group of Infected with a Shambler, it will be in the next store section where your friends walk through (kitchen section checkout), at the cash register.
Parts x10
From the above Parts, just before entering the Garden Center take a right turn and check the shelves (7 Parts on right, 3 on left).
Coin #2: Massachusetts
Proceed to the next section “Garden Center”. A coin is on the checkout register farthest away on the left.

Scattered everywhere throughout the “Garden Center”. Check all the shelves, counters, tables, garden houses etc.

On the red and white “WPL” truck after you jump down from the garden center.

After using a rope to rappel down into a tool shop, it’s in that tool shop (2 Parts on first shelf, 12 Parts on other side of same shelf, 23 Supplements behind cash register).

After leaving the previous room, to your immediate left on a tool table.
Workbench #1 + Parts x18
From the last location just one aisle to the right you find a Workbench. There are also 18 Parts on the tool table in front of the Workbench
Supplements x18
When standing at the workbench, to the right are some stairs leading up. Go upstairs and then straight in front of you are 18 Supplements on a white desk.
Coin #3: Ohio + Supplements x13
When you get up to the boat that’s hanging from the ceiling, you’re supposed to pick up a ladder on the balcony to make a bridge to the boat. Instead, take the ladder and lean it against the wall opposite of the boat (on the same balcony where you pick up the ladder). A 
button prompt will show when you can lean the ladder against the wall. Climb up to find a table with a Coin and 13 Supplements.
Training Manual #1: Covert Ops
Now take the ladder and use it to make a bridge to the hanging boat. There’s a Training Manual inside the boat, unlocking a new skill tree for you.
Coin #4: Indiana
After climbing down a roof via a ladder you and Mel will reunite with Manny. To the left of where Manny stands, there’s a rusty construction trailer. Smash in the windows behind the trailer and climb in. There are two collectibles here; a Coin on the desk and an Artifact document right next to it by the door.
Artifact #1: WLF Gun Cache Note
See above description (same location).
Safe (17-38-07)
From the last collectible, exit the construction trailer via the door. Straight in front of you is the “MS Corporation Soft Drink Distribution Center”. Head just a few meters/yards towards where your teammates are waiting for you, then immediately turn right to see a crack in the wall. This lets you enter this building, inside you find the safe. Safe Code = 17-38-07. Also contains the Hunting Pistol (Weapon).
Weapon: Hunting Pistol
Inside the safe mentioned above.
Supplements x8
On the sink in front of the safe.

With the supplements next to the Ohio coin, there’s actually 32 supplements total. 13 on the table with the coin, then 19 on the right side where you have to squeeze through.

As soon as you start ur first climbing to get 34 supplements, it’s on the right shelf, it’s actually unmissable, it’s in your path

You missed 19 supplements right after the Ohio coin. Squeeze through a crack to pick them up

After the Ohio coin and supplements on the table turn to your right and you can squeeze through to a shelf with like 19 more supplements. Not sure off that’s the exact number but there’s definitely more.

After killimg the group of runners and 1 shambler, there are 10 parts located in the aisle just before going to the next room (3 in the pulled out shelves and 7 in a tool box in a shelf).
