Chapter 12: Channel 13 (Seattle Day 1) contains 2 Collectible Locations in The Last of Us 2 (TLOU2). This walkthrough will guide you to all collectibles in Channel 13 Chapter in chronological order. Everything that’s needed for trophies and 100% completion is included: Artifacts, Journal Entries, Trading Cards, Coins, Safes, Training Manuals, Workbenches, Weapons, Supplements (Player Upgrades), Parts (Weapon Upgrades).
If you forget a Collectible you can still get it via Chapter Select, so nothing is missable.

When the chapter starts, 7 Parts are in the back of the “Channel 13 News” Van parked straight in front of you (before entering TV station).

Inside the TV station, end of 1st floor in a side room. Just before climbing through the air duct hole.

Inside the TV station, 1st floor, in the News Room where the cameras are. Check the control booth, 15 Parts on floor.
Trading Card #1: Kimimela
Inside the TV station, after you walk around the narrow ledge outdoors it’s in the next office (on table).
Artifact #1: Dad’s Pep Talk
Inside the TV station, same floor where you find Leah’s dead body. Check the offices after the Leah corpse cutscene (document on couch).
Supplements x10
Same floor as the above artifact (office desk).
That’s 100% of the collectibles you can find in Chapter 12: Channel 13 in The Last of Us Part II.

the Artifact : Dad’s Pep Talk is glitch for me I took it but it doesn’t count and if I reply the chapter I can’t find it
the problem is that I took the artifact before I seen the cutscene
It happened to me as well.. I am halfway thru day 2 and went to check my collectibles and for my surprises this same artifact hadn’t been counted, I repeated the chapter and this time when I collected it worked!
