The Callisto Protocol Chapter 2: Outbreak contains 3 Collectible Locations. This walkthrough will guide you to all collectibles (Data-Bios & Implant Bios) in chronological order. Finding all Bios unlocks the Grim Reaper trophy. This guide also includes all other trophies & achievements in chronological order to get the Platinum / 1000 Gamerscore in one playthrough.
All of the Collectibles are missable. There is no Chapter Select and no New Game Plus. If you die you must pick up any unsaved ones since the last checkpoint. You can keep track by pressing D-Pad Up > R1/RB > Data-Bios Menu. The game keeps multiple Autosaves, so if you missed something you can reload the nearest autosave and replay from there. You can also make Manual Saves.
Chapter 2: Outbreak Collectibles
Patch 5.02 (June 29, 2023) changed 2 Collectible Locations in this Chapter:
- Moved one log pickup to the end of the hallway before the medical room, after the beta path door
- Moved one log pickup inside the cafeteria section
Data-Bios #2 – Dr. Caitlyn Mahler: Mahler’s Appointment
Objective: Find the Weapons Lockup
Inside Surgery M112 after avoiding the robot, where you grab the fuse, sitting in the corner.
Data-Bios #3 – Elias Porter: Elias’s Anticipation
Objective: Return to the Watchtower
After returning to the prison cells where you fight four enemies, enter Elias’s cell to find this.
Data-Bios #4 – Cpt. Leon Ferris: Ferris’s Lament
Objective: Find Exit
After the cutscene with Cpt Ferris, sitting on the table.

Hey, there is no collectible in Elis’ cell. I tried restarting the checkpoint and it didn’t show up.
same here nothing restarted and still nothing
This game is buggy as hell. Crashed twice within 20mins. Now the data-bios 3 isn’t in the cell. WTF is up with so called unpolished AAA games.
Typical, I restarted checkpoint and found it on the bottom of the stairs outside his cell. It was on a ledge on the right before going up.
