Test Drive Unlimited: Solar Crown includes a total of 28 wrecks that can be collected while free-roaming the game world. These wrecks come in two type, Classic and Off-Road, and when you collect all 14 of each type you obtain a unique car for your garage. Collecting Wrecks is required for the following trophies:
- Metal Detector
– Find a wreck for the first time - Like a phoenix from… scrap metal? – Repair a car from wrecks
After completing the tutorial section and getting access to the full game map, you can drive around and find wrecks at any time. A proximity icon and beeping occurs when you are near a wreck, so you can use this to help locate the wreck directionally. Once you find the wreck, drive up to it and hold 
to collect it.
You cannot track which specific wreck locations you have already found, but on the world map when you have your cursor over a district it will show the number of wrecks and how many you have collected in that district, so if you see 2/2 you know you have already collected both in that district.
District 1 – Aberdeen
Classic wreck – On a hidden off-road path, north of the gas station
Off-road wreck – North of the gas station right between the tunnel entrances
Off-road wreck – Along the lake edge, down a hidden off-road path
District 2 – Causeway Bay
Classic wreck – In the direct area underneath the road
Off-road wreck – On a circular platform in the middle of a pond, in the middle of the hidden path
District 3 – Central District
Off-road wreck – At the bottom of some stairs on the north side of the road
District 4 – Pok Fu Lam
Classic wreck – Halfway down a hidden path south of the buildings
Off-road wreck – At the end of a hidden off-road path west of the road
District 5 – Quarry Bay
Classic wreck – In the parking area near the building
Off-road wreck – In the construction area to the north of the highway. Must enter the construction area from a section farther west down the road where it passes under the highway.
District 6 – Happy Valley
Classic wreck – In the middle open area of the race track
Off-road wreck – In the end of the parking lot beside the gas station
District 7 – Repulse Bay
Classic wreck – Beside a building in the golf course area
Off-road wreck – On a raised platform on the beach, directly west of the workshop
District 8 – Chai Wan
Classic wreck – In the area with all of the shipping containers
Off-road wreck – At the end of a hidden path, behind some apartment buildings
District 9 – Shek O
Classic wreck – On an island at the end of a hidden off-road path
Off-road wreck – Near a small building at the end of a set of hidden off-road paths
District 10 – Stanley
Classic wreck – In a section of houses to the west of the road
Off-road wreck – In a small parking lot off the side of the main road
District 11 – Tai Tam
Classic wreck – At the end of a hidden path, north of the off-road sections on the mountain
Off-road wreck – At the end of the long path off the main road. Drive along the thin road from the south to the north end where it turns into a hidden dirt road
District 12 – Victoria Peak
Classic wreck – In the construction area near a building
District 13 – Wan Chai
Classic wreck – Inside the construction area
Off-road wreck – In the covered shipping area between the buildings
District 14 – Western District
Classic wreck – In the covered parking lot area along the road
Classic wreck – Under a small building at the top of the hill
Off-road wreck – At the very end of the shipping dock area
