Tales of Arise has 16 Healable NPC Locations. You must heal these NPCs with Shionne. On the map they will be marked as “Map Actions”. Healing 12 NPCs is mandatory to unlock Shionne’s Skill Panel “Goddess of Kindness”. Some NPCs also give you collectibles and offer Sub-Quests later, which is also needed for 100% completion.
None of the healable NPCs are missable. You can still heal all of them after the story in free-roam. You can do these in any order you like. First you must have reached the 3rd Realm Menancia, there a Sub-Quest triggers automatically, called “A Healer and Her Patients”. During this quest you learn how to heal people with Shionne. Then you can save all the other NPCs.
