System Shock Remake has 361 Collectible Locations spread across the game, and all of these are required to obtain the following trophies:

Audio Logs and Data Sticks must be picked up and will often give information including quest objectives and keycodes. Cameras and CPU Nodes must be shot to be destroyed and will appear on the map as orange icons. Destroying these will reduce the Security Level for that floor, and will often be required to progress. Mod-Kits are upgrades to your weapons, which can be bought at Mod-Kit Stations for 20-25 Tri-Credits. These must be used on a weapon for it to count, simply buying them isn’t sufficient. Skullies are hidden skulls that require a certain Hardware Attachment before you are able to access them.
While playing the game, you will want to make sure you’re collecting valuable junk items (such as broken weapons) and salvaging them at Recycle Stations for Tri-Credits. As your inventory space is limited, you will need to drop weapons eventually, but as nothing despawns in the game, you can choose a location to drop weapons and other items to come back to when needed. Maintenance is a good location for this as it has the most connections to other floors for easy access.
POINTS OF NO RETURN:
There are three Points of No Return in the game, two of them only being minor sections while the third will be major:
- After jettisoning the Beta Grove, you will not be able to access Beta Grove again.
- When stepping into the boss room at the end of Security on Level 8, you will lose access to the rest of the game so far.
- When stepping into the Central Room on the Bridge after using the Isolinear Chipset, you will not be able to access the rest of the Bridge again.

Head south and around the corner, then enter the room on your right. It is filled with radiation, so quickly grab the hardware attachment from the bench on your left.

Continue south to find both of these on a bench by a locked door.
Data Stick 7 – Robot Production
Head back north slightly and go into the first door on the right where you’ll find a ladder. Climb it and go through the circular door, then crawl through the tunnels and you’ll arrive on the other side of the locked door where the last two collectibles were. The Data Stick is a bench next to a lever. It contains the production shutdown code, which is random.
Alpha Quadrant
Weapon 7 – SK-27 Shotgun
Head north and go through the circular door, then follow go down and up the ladders. You’ll be in a tunnel with a laser that turns off and on, sneak past this and go through the next door. There’ll be a hole in the ground and a path right, take the right path and you’ll arrive in the room with the Shotgun on the ground.

Walk through the radiation room and enter Dr. Nathan D’Arcy’s office. This Audio Log is on the bookshelf to the left.

On the back wall of this room, be aware you will be ambushed by 2 Hopper robots when you enter further into the room.
Continue through until you reach Safety Override, use the code that you got earlier from the Cyberspace in Research.
Audio Log 38 – Radiation Leaks?
This is near the reactor core which is heavily irradiated and protected by multiple heavy robots, so it is very likely you will die running to grab this. As long as you activated the respawn station in either Medical or Research Lab you can just rush in and grab and respawn. Quickly head up the gravity elevator and take two lefts, avoiding two Security-2 Robots on the way. The Audio Log is right next to a lever. Alternatively you can get this later on in the game when you come here during the story.

Whether you die and respawn or simply leave the area, head to the front entrance to the reactor core and take the right path to find another camera through a door in the corner.

Head down the corridor and take the left path into the first door on the left. In the back of the room is a camera and an Audio Log.

Directly north of the camera are a large and small supply crate. Interact with the wall in between these to reveal a secret area. Go inside and press the switch on the right to open another wall to the left, then sprint with to get through before the door closes. If it closes, press the switch and try again. On the table inside the room will be the weapon.

Head through the corridor with Gray written everywhere and hack the three panels to reach a room where you’ll face your first Cortex Reaver. These are strong bosses, so it is recommended that you save before entering the room and use EMPs and your strongest weapons to deal with it. Once it is dead, search its body to find the Audio Log.

The game is already in progress and you can control the green (white) pieces, while the opponent controls the red (black) pieces. Head up the stairs on the east side and press the button to get a view of the chess board where you can control the pieces. You will need to win the game of chess for this trophy. If you’re not confident in playing chess, then it is recommended that you use an online solver to replicate the board, then move the pieces as is recommended by the solver.

Return back to the hallway and enter the southern room to find a large room full of pool tables. In the middle section you will find this Audio Log on a table.
To unlock the door to the south, use one of the four codes from earlier. Before you enter though, return back down the hallway and enter Beta Grove now.
Beta Grove
Beta Grove is located in the south of Beta Quadrant. This whole area is full of radiation so make sure to enable your Environmental Protection Pack and bring healing items. This Grove will become inaccessible later so make sure to destroy all 8 cameras, grab the mod-kit upgrade and disable the Safety Interlocks while you’re here.

Head down to the lower floor and press a switch to lower the shield protecting the CPU Nodes. Do note that this will also release a Loader-Bot from behind the blast door.

This will make the Beta Grove area inaccessible for the rest of the game, so make sure you have destroyed all 8 Cameras and obtained the Mod-Kit from here before you do this! You can check the Beta Grove map to make sure the Level Security is at 0%.

Head into the northwest of Maintenance Tunnels, right next to where you found the Monkey Wrench there is a gap in the ceiling above. Float up here to find the Skully.
Reactor

Head to the far west to find an opening in the wall above you. Float up there to find the Skully.
Now head into the reactor core, head to where Audio Log 38 was located (and collect it if you didn’t grab it when you were previously in the Reactor map), then pull the lever here. This lowers the shields on the gravity elevator in the middle. Head up the elevator and input the 6-digit code that you got from the 6 CPU Node Rooms on Floors 1-6. This code is randomized for everyone. This will start the Reactor Self Destruct Sequence, but don’t worry as it doesn’t give you a timer and you can still explore if you need to, but do note there’ll be new enemies on every floor.

Weapon 14 – LG-XX Plasma Rifle
With the Level Security below 25% now, return to the Second Floor and pull the switch to the south of Experimental. Head inside and pull the switch there to lower the shield and grab the Plasma Rifle. There is a trophy for getting two kills using a Plasma Core, so load a Plasma Core into it with and use it whenever you find two or more enemies together. The attack bounces off walls and can hurt you, so be careful.
Third Floor

Return to the Central Tower and head up the gravity elevator in the southeast to the Repair Bay. This Camera will be directly above you as you enter.

Head into the last room on this floor and head up the ramp to press the switch, which will allow you to enter and climb the Central Tower.
Top Floor
Skully 9
After climbing the Central Tower, cross the laser bridge and turn around. Use your boots to glide over to the left where you will spot a room you can enter to find the Skully.
Point of No Return! Once you enter the boss fight, you will no longer be able go back to the previous areas of the map, including the rest of Security. Make sure you have completed everything on all floors before you continue, and make sure you bring the LG-XX Plasma Rifle with you to upgrade in the last area. You will also need 25 Tri-Credits to buy the last upgrade, so make sure you have that as well.
At this point you should only be missing 1 Skully, 1 Mod-Kit, 2 Cortex Reavers and 8 Cameras. All floors should be at 0% Level Security, and you should have all other collectible-related trophies. It is best to keep a separate save file at this point in case you miss anything, that way you can revert to it.
Trophy: Finish Him!
In the next room you will fight Edward Diego for the final time. For this trophy you must kill him with the Laser Rapier. You can weaken him with whatever you like, just make sure the killing blow is with the Laser Rapier. Use a Berserker Combat Booster to make finish him off with it easier.
PER5 Keycard
Found on Cyborg Diego’s dead body. Be careful about killing him mid-teleport, as if you do this his body may not appear, meaning you cannot loot hit him!

Head into the last room that you skipped to fight your second Cortex Reaver. Defeat it to find the Isolinear Chipset on its corpse.
Use the Isolinear Chipset on the central pillar in the Computer Room, then return to the entrance of the Central Room and access it.
Once you enter the Central Room, you won’t be able to access the rest of the Bridge. Make sure you got the remaining collectibles.
Cortex Reaver 3 + CMD Keycard
After defeating the hordes of enemies and going through the teleporter, you will face the final Cortex Reaver. Search its corpse to find the CMD Keycard.
You can now fight SHODAN in Cyberspace and finish the game.

Hello, I’m following your guide and I think it’s missing something.
I’m on the Research Labs level, and the door for Audio Log 26 will not open.
What am I missing, please and thank you?

Until this is addressed by someone, this guide is useless and will softlock you out of the collectibles after this point. I’d advise everyone not to bother and go elsewhere for this one, same thing happened to me. Good job, Powerpyx. Once again missing all the important information!

This has been updated. You have to re-enable the power as part of the story to be able to access everything in Research, so have added a note to do this before going into Beta Quadrant.
