Starfield How to Join Freestar Rangers Faction

Freestar Rangers Collective is a Faction in Starfield that can be joined for the Deputized Achievement. Here’s how to join the Freestar Rangers Collective:

1. Advance the story to Main Mission 03: The Empty Nest.
2. During this Main Mission you will get the Freestar Faction Mission “Deputized“, can’t miss it. Complete it to join the Freestar Rangers. It can be tracked from the quest log and all objectives will be marked.

Freestar Rangers Questline

To complete the Freestar Rangers Questline complete all their remaining quests. All objectives are marked and you can use the scanner to see a line on the ground guiding you everywhere.

1. [Freestar Collective] Job Gone Wrong (unlocked during Mission 3: The Empty Nest when entering Akila City)
2. [Freestar Collective] Deputized (starts automatically after previous quest “Job Gone Wrong”) –> ACHIEVEMENT: Deputized
3. [Freestar Collective] Where Hope is Built (starts automatically after previous quest “Deputized”)
4. [Freestar Collective] Shadows In Neon (starts automatically after previous quest “Where Hope is Built”)
5. [Freestar Collective] Surgical Strike (starts automatically after “Shadows In Neon”) –> ACHIEVEMENT: Surgical Strike
6. [Freestar Collective] On the Run (starts automatically after “Shadows In Neon”)
7. [Freestar Collective] First to Fight, First to Die (starts automatically after “On the Run”)
8. [Freestar Collective] The Hammer Falls (starts automatically after “First to Fight, First to Die”) –> ACHIEVEMENT: The Hammer Falls
