Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 has 10 Mysterium locations. These collectibles are needed for 100% District completion and unlock Trophy: Behind the Masks & Suit: Smoke and Mirrors. Getting a bronze rating is enough to get the trophy/suit and 100% district completion (silver/gold rating isn’t mandatory). They are unlocked after Main Quest 13: Hunt to Live, Live to Hunt. These are marked on the map in defogged areas, or when the entire district is defogged at the second district level. The final location becomes available after having collected all other Mysteriums.
Mysteriums are little combat challenges. They have 3 ratings depending on your performance: bronze, silver, gold. The higher your rating, the more Hero Tokens you earn. Getting bronze is enough for trophy purposes however. There are also more Hero Tokens (reward materials) than you need to buy all upgrades in the game, so getting gold ratings isn’t necessary. It’s significantly easier if you switch to easiest difficulty in the game settings. You can make it easier if you do it after the story after having unlock all abilities and most upgrades. So if you struggle with a gold rating, just come back to it later. They can be replayed infinitely for a better rating. None of them are missable, they can still be found after the story in free-roam.

Throwing objects at Brutes also can break their defense and makes them vulnerable for regular strikes. Juggling them in the air can also be good to string together longer combos for more damage. Beware of the trains that spawn when there’s a green outline on the train tracks.
Trophy: Behind the Masks
This only spawns after doing the first 9 Mysteriums (getting bronze rating is enough).
For this quest you will need to enter the carnival in Downtown Brooklyn. Once inside you will need to defeat some enemies and a boss. The boss doesn’t have particularly much health, after all the challenges he shouldn’t be much of a threat. Spamming 4 abilities on him in quick succession and using a finisher will take most of his health.
After the boss fight you are put back in the hallway of the building you entered. The path ahead goes on in an infinite loop. The trick is to turn around to find the exit. This leads to the second boss fight.
Defeat the boss, then evade the green lasers on the Ferris wheel. You must reach the Ferris wheel and press when near it to finish the boss. Then after the series of cutscenes the quest will complete and you earn Behind the Masks. It also unlocks the Smoke and Mirrors Suit.

Is there enough hero tokens for to get for all upgrades if you don’t gold all them
PowerPyx says
Yes. I did Gold in all and had lots of Hero Tokens left after buying everything. There are way more Hero Tokens than you need so it’s fine if you only get Bronze or Silver.

Punch Your Ticket is super easy if you just lure them in front of a train, counts towards the defeats
