(You Can) Call on Me is a side quest in South Park: The Fractured But Whole, which you will get on Day 2. You will receive a message from Call Girl, asking you to meet her in the playground restrooms. Go to the restroom that matches your gender, then go into the restroom marked “Cissies”. Once inside, Call Girl will ask you to go with her to the D-Mobile store on Main Street.
Meet her there, and you’ll go inside, triggering a combat encounter. Win the battle, and your quest is complete.
When i talked to Mr. Mackey, i chose my character’s gender to be other, and right now i’m literally stuck here. Nothing has happened yet, and i guess if the character’ gender is “None” or whatever, there isn’t exactly a bathroom that matches your gender. Either that, or i picked some gender and sexual orientation choices that bugged the game. What do i do?
Actually, to be more precise, the gender was Pansexual Androgynous Person. I reloaded a save file to see what Mr. Mackey would say with different options, and ended up choosing this. The gender in the character sheet is just “Other” with a grey line over it.
