Touch The Sky is a Side Quest in South Park The Fractured But Whole, available on Day 4 of the game.
Walkthrough
On the 4th day you will receive a call from Father Maxi. He wants you to meet someone at Starks Pond. The person who you will meet there will be Seaman. He wants you to help a Gay Fish guide his mother to heaven.

After a cutscene you will have to finish a pretty weird minigame which plays like Flappy Bird. The game makes finishing it super easy since the more you fail, the more hearts you will get for your next try. Starting with three hearts, followed by five after failing once, followed by a ridiculous amount of hearts on your third try.

After finishing the minigame, you will have successfully guided Kanye Wests…. I mean, Gay Fish’s mother to heaven. You will now meet Jesus and you can choose your religion. No matter which crazy combination you choose (Chaotic Satanist, Lawful Rastafarian, Neutral Atheist, etc.) it will not affect your playthrough.
At mission’s end you will also have a chance to take a Selfie with Jesus. If you want to take a Selfie with Gay Fish and Seaman, you will be able to find them in front of Skeeter’s Wine Bar discussing the amazing skills and career of Gay Fish.
