The Collie Shangles (Report No. 18-04) is a Police Case in Sherlock Holmes Chapter One. It requires you to reconstruct a bar fight. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of The Collie Shangles side quest.
Starting Borough: Scaladio
Starting Location: Cordona Police Station
Quest Giver: Quest Board inside Police Station, to the left of the entrance
Requirement: Complete 1st Police Case The Master of Disguise, then complete the Police Training at the Police Station that teaches you how combat works

Case Info: A sailor was stabbed to death in a bar fight on Scarlet St in the Old City, west of Sesame St.
Starting Location
The Collie Shangles Police Case starts in Borough: Scaladio, Place: Cordona Police Station.
Enter the police station, look to the left after entering and you’ll see a quest board. Interact with it to start “The Collie Shangles” case.
Case Location (Golden Eel Bar)
Your first objective is to find the scene of the stabbing, which is Golden Eel bar in Old City borough, located on Scarlet St west of Sesame St. Outside the bar you’ll find a police officer, enter the door to his right. See the exact map location below.
Case Solution (Clues)
Now you must interact with the clues around the Golden Eel bar to reconstruct what happened. You can highlight them in yellow by pressing 
/ 
to scan for clues.
#1 – Unfinished Bottle of Rum on table
#2 – Spilled bear, marked with the “1” sign on the floor.
#3 – Broken table, marked with “2” sign on the floor. Must inspect the crack on the table and the glasses on the floor, turn the glasses around to inspect the cracked glass.
#4 – Broken bottle on floor, marked with “3” sign on floor.
#5 – Broken chair, marked with “4” sign on floor.
#5 – Interact with the blood where the “5” sign is on the floor. Then investigate the blood stains and the knife. Rotate the knife to inspect both sides of it. Now you have all clues and can start the reconstruction.

Interact with the white orb in the middle of the bar to start the imagination / reconstruction sequence.

What happened: It all started when the trader accidentally spilled his beer over the sailor. The trader punched the soldier, who came crashing down on a table. The worker smashed a bottle over the trader’s head. Then, the sailor knocked the worker out with a chair. The soldier is the real killer. He wanted to knife the trader but killed the sailor, due to his poor eyesight.
Return to Police Station
Fast travel back to the Police Station where the quest started. Talk to the police man behind the welcome desk to finish it. You will get 20 money as a reward.
