In Sherlock Holmes Chapter One you must find the Stonewood Manor location as part of the case “A Mother’s Love” and the Objective “Shattered Memory”.
The game doesn’t show you the location but instead only gives you a hint that it’s in Grand Saray district in the south of the central island. Normally, you’d need to talk to people while having the Shattered Memory objective pinned from your casebook, and hope they provide you with the street name (Leblanc Rd) which you can see on the world map. This guide shows you the exact location so you can skip straight ahead to going there.

doesn’t matter who you ask, or what your dressed as…
they never answer you anyway with this one. it feels bugged.

I had to talk to people near the manor, so you may need to be in the right corner of the map already. It’s also a bit of luck which NPCs know something. They then gave me the street names to narrow it down 🙂
