Item Description: A note on smoke signals used by Ashina shinobi, the Grey Nightjars.
“Pale, pink smoke signals are placed along the rooftops of Ashina Castle.
The signals guide the Nightjar.
The ashen-feathered flock are surely the only ones able to follow such a trail”.

Obtained: Ashina Castle: Ashina Castle – Head through the gate then immediately right through the small tunnel. On the other side head left all the way to the top of the hill past all the enemies, then at the top on the left side of the path you should see a small side path going behind a wall. Through there will be an NPC who will give you this Memo.
