Meet Kevin at the Church
Tonight you’re going to watch Telenovelas with Kevin, head to the Church to meet up with him.
Find Kevin
Kevin didn’t turn up, and Eli says he left his inhaler. Head out of the church and hop in the marked vehicle.
Check out the Snake Oil Saloon
Head over to the marked location to reach the spot Kevin’s phone is tracked to.
Get some answers
After a short scene you’ll be inside the bar. Hit a few times to smack the Idol at the jukebox around.
Bar fight!
You now need to take out the rest of the enemies in the bar. You’re only allowed to use melee in this section, so don’t bother trying to pull out guns. You can use your flow abilities though to make this quicker.
Answer Kev’s phone
After everyone is defeated, you can head outside to find Kevin’s phone sitting on a table.
Shoot until somebody talks
Some more Idols will now appear from the far side of the area, take them all out.
Find the survivor
Follow the objective nearby, to where you can find a group of portapotties.
Wreck the Idols’ camp
You’ll automatically hook the toilet to a car in a cutscene, so you can follow the marker just ahead to the Idols’ camp. You need to drive around the Idols’ camp, destroying items to fill the bar at the top left. The toilet you’re towing isn’t that helpful here because it’s hard to get it to swing through things, so you’re better off just focusing on driving through everything. The camp covers this whole open area, and you’ll need to take out a lot of the items to fill the bar.
Get to the Santo Ileso sign
After destroying enough of the sign, the Idol in the toilet tells you that they have Kevin trapped at the Santo Ileso sign and are going to blow it up. You can hit to drop the hook from the toilet, then head over there.
Go up the sign
In this section you are timed because you are defusing bombs that are rigged on the sign to blow it up. You can ignore enemies unless they specifically getting in your way, you just need to focus on getting up the sign. To start follow the marker to the stairs behind and start making your way up.
Disarm the bombs (x/5)
On the first stairwell landing, you’ll find your first of five bombs. You need to interact with all of these on your way up the sign to defuse them. They’re all in the linear way up the sign and hard to miss, as the objective will also point to them when you get near.
If you notice the helicopter on the way up don’t bother shooting at it, it’s immune to damage during this part.
When you reach the top level you’ll spot Kevin, but you need to disarm the final bomb behind him first.
Cut Kev loose
After disarming the final bomb, you can interact with the back of the chair Kevin is on to release him.
Crash the party
With Kevin released, you can go take revenge on the Idols who kidnapped him. Jump off the sign towards the objective marker, then you can hit in the air to open your wingsuit and fly down.
Kill the Idols
Keep following the path around the left of the house, fighting your way through Idols as you go.
Kill the Collective member
After dealing with all the enemies in the backyard, the Collective member in the helicopter will come down to fight you. They’ll typically land in the helicopter, then run farther behind the house, so you may need to chase them a bit. You can deal with them the same one as the prior one you fought though, just focus them and don’t stand directly where they’re shooting.
After the Collective is defeated any remaining enemies will automatically run away, then the mission will end after a short period of talking with Kevin.
This finishes Idol Threat main quest in Saints Row.
