Saints Row (2022 Reboot) has 74 Challenges. Completing 25 Challenges unlocks the Challenge Accepted trophy and achievement. They are also needed to unlock all 34 Perks. The Perks all come from completing a certain number of Challenges, but it doesn’t matter which particular Challenges you complete. This guide lists all Challenges and how to complete them.
You don’t need to complete all Challenges to get all Perks! You only need 46 of 74 Challenges to unlock all Perks. 28 Challenges can be skipped. Because there are more Challenges than you need to unlock all 34 Perks, you can pick the easiest ones and skip the harder ones.
For the Perks List refer to Saints Row All Perks.
None of the Challenges are missable. You can check your progress by opening the phone, click the “Missions” app, press R1/RB to switch to “Challenges”, click a Challenge to see the progress. The best approach is to finish all main missions first and get 100% completion in all districts. You can still do all Challenges after that. Along the way you will complete many challenges without trying and you will unlock all weapons that are needed for challenges. Some challenges are tied to specific enemy types or allies, but they are all still possible after the story and getting 100% completion. After finishing all missions for the KAKTS Radio venture you can call every enemy gang via the “Contacts” app to your location. This will spawn all enemy types of that faction including specialists and minibosses. That’s the best way to farm all kill-related challenges quickly. The majority of weapons come from side hustles (Riding Shotgun, Choplifting, Wingsuit Saboteur) and by buying them at Gun Shops.
How to unlock Challenges: They unlock by leveling up your character. Every few levels you get new Challenges. Each Venture (business) also gives 1 Challenge. After reaching Level 20 and having built all 15 Ventures you will have access to all 74 Challenges. There’s no need to worry about these during the story, they are faster to farm later.
How to farm any kill-related Challenges quickly: Go to your HQ, at the weapons locker equip whatever weapon you need for challenge kills, exit the HQ and go far enough away (100 meters) where the Contacts app becomes available, call the gangs in Contacts app, do the required kills, return to HQ to lose the enemies, switch to the next weapon, repeat. Again, you must first build the KAKTS Radio venture to be able to call enemies. It’s a Tier 3 Venture that costs $400,000. The option to call enemies stays permanently after finishing the venture, it’s still there after getting 100% completion. If it says “unavailable” in the Contacts app, reboot the game, fast travel away and walk in a public space away from the Fast Travel Point and it should work again. It only works in free roam, not during missions.
This guide lists the Challenges in the same order as the in-game. For the Perks List refer to Saints Row All Perks.

Fists of fury-Shove enemies and kill them while they’re reeling (x8). Kick and shoot a staggered enemy 8 times
Denny says
Also, for the same challenge, a Thumper is a stake/cannon shooting specialist in the Panteros.
lmsgivea says
Wing it is also bugged for me on 3/6, without ever doing co-op or anything like that
Mr SpinelesS says
Unable to get sideswipes in Weenies Food Truck to count for me (both tried using the I dream of Weenie truck in garage, and repeating the venture in Old Town West – neither worked)
Paul Hichens says
That one is where the programmer fucked up or was on crack. You have to sideswipe the ‘Weenie mobile'(I Dream of Weenie) itself 50 times!
PowerPyx says
That would explain why it seemed bugged. That has to be an oversight by the devs and not how it was meant to work, doesn’t make much sense to set it up like that.

The “Police Shield” car, for the “Cop the Cops” challenge can be found near the Twin Coyote fast travel point.
Just go there and wait for one to pass.

Thank you for this (:

Is anyone else having issues with the revive allies challenge?
I can’t for the life of me get an ally in a downed state. They just die outright.
BRANDON says
What I did was get a tank out and max wanted. I chosen Kev and he would run into the tank constantly get downed fast.
Andrea says
I stole at least 10 MDI-525Cs, but I don’t count them for the Gang Ganking challenge. Does something specific have to be done to make it count?
PowerPyx says
It’s bugged.
Eric says
The Nothing Stronger Than Family don’t progress for me, always 0
Alex says
Just did 5 straight minutes of max police notoriety just for the challenge to not update for me.. waste of 4k on ammo
Ernie says
I have done the 1 star @TCHA Side Hustle for the Santotel hotel, and still have not unlocked the longsword
PowerPyx says
Did you check at the weapons locker in your headquarters under Pickaxe visual mods? See the screenshot in the guide. It will show up there after doing the 1-Star in West Providencia.
Ernie says
Yes I looked and it’s not there
Paul Hichens says
But if you get 100% completion there is no motivation to carry on playing and you will end up playing a different game! So I don’t recommend that to anyone. But do do a lot of the game 1st, and then really start to work on the challenges and THEN: this game will have over a 100 hrs of playability for you. I intended to spend 100+ hrs playing this game over the 2 months I took to complete and finish it, but becuase of these damn challenges it’s been a good part of 1000 hours!
The Goat says
it seems that the gang ganking apc carjacking is difficult the enemy always leave before I can enter.
namekiankai says
Epic store version, for me, all the Carjacking challenge ONLY count when the target car itself is driven by someone and you kick/drag them out, taking a parking one does NOT count. The most problematic one was the MDI-525C(APC), as it is slow and during combat the driver tends to get out and shoot at you. I personally got a VTOL and parked it out of the jail, a convoy with an APC and a bunch of pick up truck spawn there frequently. just block their way without engaging, running to the driver seat, and hold the carjack button to drag the driver out.

For WUZYERZ Repo. Use a Tank as a “wrecking ball”.
