This banner is located in the northern part of the region.
#2 – Fugitive: Zenpachi the Drifter
Zenpachi is located next to the Veiled Edge Banner.
#3 – Shrine
The Shrine is located next to the Veiled Edge Banner.
#4 – Public Order
The Public Order is located in the center of the map.
#5 – Fugitive: Kisaburo the Island-Hopper
Kisaburo can be killed during the Public Order. The best way to do this is to sneak up behind him to kill him quickly.
#6 – Veiled Edge Banner
The Veiled Edge Banner is near the bridge.
#7 – Fugitive: Enrique the Ladykiller
Enrique is located in the southeast. To deal a lot of damage to him before the fight, it is advisable to sneak up behind him 
and then backstab him

This cat is in the tree. To get out of it, you have to climb up with the grappling rope.

This Veiled Edge Banner is located in the southern part of the region.
