Rise of the Ronin Collectible Guide – All Regions

Rise of the Ronin contains 750 Collectible Locations. This collectibles guide shows all collectibles in each region for 100% game completion and all trophies. There are the following collectible types:

• 113 Veiled Edge Banner
• 66 Public Order
• 70 Landmark
• 100 Cats –  Cats Over All
• 44 Photograph Spots –  Sightseer
• 91 Fugitives –  Keeper of the Peace (only 50 needed for trophy)
• 113 Treasure Chests –  Contraption Creator (only requires enough to buy 15 technology developments)
• 49 Shrines –  A Jack of One Trade is a Master of All (only requires enough to fully upgrade on stat)
• 5 Firearm Training –  Firearm Genius (only mastery in one needed)
• 4 Horseback Archery Training –  Horseback Hero (only mastery in one needed)
• 5 Gliding Training –  Winged Warrior (only mastery in one needed)
• 58 Bond Missions –  Friendly Neighborhood Ronin
• 32 Allies –  Social Climber

None of the Collectibles are missable. You can still find everything after the story in free-roam. There are 3 Chapters and 3 Main Regions. Each chapter takes place in a new region. You can fast travel between the regions after the story by using the “Testament of the Soul” at any Longhouse.

For trophies you don’t need the Veiled Edge Banners and Landmarks. However, collecting them will help increase your Area Bond to reveal the other Collectibles. Feel free to skip them but if you walk past them it’s still worth picking them up. The Banners act as fast travel points. Landmarks sometimes contain other Collectibles like Fugitives or Treasure Chests. Public Order Events aren’t directly linked to any trophy but are often required to unlock other Collectibles so you should do all of them too.

Collectibles get marked on the map when reaching Area Bond Level 3. You increase the Area Bond by finishing the Public Order Events, raising the Veiled Edge Banners, and finding a few more Collectibles.
