Returnal How to Get Grappling Hook

In Returnal you will notice yellow glowing ledges that require a Grappling Hook. The Grappling Hook is an automatic story unlock granted to you after finishing the 2nd biome.

Here’s what the grappling points look like, they can be at ledges or floating in the air:

How to get Grappling Hook in Returnal:

• Play through the 2nd biome “Crimson Wastes”. After defeating the 2nd boss “Ixion” you will automatically get the grappling hook. It’s an unmissable story item.
• You now press TRIANGLE-BUTTON at yellow glowing ledges to grapple to them.
