There are two Endings in Resident Evil 7 Biohazard. Getting Ending 1 & 2 is required for the trophies “End of Night” and “Just A Memory Now”.
How to unlock each ending:
After defeating the mutant Jack Baker you have to make a choice whether to cure Mia or Zoe. There’s only enough serum to cure one of them. Curing Mia gives you Ending #1 (Good) and curing Zoe gives Ending #2 (Bad).
And that’s all there is to it. After making your choice there’s still a long way to go until the actual ending. These events occur at roughly 66% story progress.

Thanks for the info. However, I miss Resident Evil 7 ending guide explained step by step. Yes, the trailer is really nice and it tells much about the game and its gameplay in general. But the thing is, I can’t finish the actual game, because I missed something… please upload the ending guide as soon as possible.
All you have to do is to give either Zoe or Mia the cure. You HAVE TO give it to one of them automatically to proceed. This is an unmissable story part, no step by step guide needed as the only step is beating the story and chosing one of them 🙂
