Resident Evil 4 Remake has 16 Clockwork Castellans Locations. Finding all Castellans unlocks the Revolution Wind-Up trophy and achievement. Castellans are miniature dolls that make a distinct sound when nearby. They are a new addition in the Remake of Resident Evil 4 (RE4). They were not in the original game version.
All of the Castellans are missable. There is no Chapter Select and no Free-Roam. However, they count across saves, so if you keep a save from the start of each chapter you can jump back and collect your missing ones. They have to be shot to destroy them. Then they are saved instantly and don’t need to be destroyed again if you die. Your progress on these collectibles also carries over into New Game Plus so that you only need to get missing ones.
Each chapter has 1 Castellan. You can check in the Results screen which ones you have found. On the chapters where you found them, there will be a silver doll icon in the Results screen, just above the Chapter Play Time.
