Introduction

Welcome to the Remnant 2: The Awakened King DLC Trophy Guide! Awakened King is the first DLC expansion in Remnant II and takes place in Losomn. The DLC sheds light on the events following the dethroning of the kings Faerin or Faelin. As opposed to the base game’s areas, the Awakened King’s main hub is not procedurally generated and will always look the same. However, starting from the second time you go through the DLC, the side dungeons are randomized, including the legacy ones, aka those you would normally find in Losomn. Depending on your luck, you can expect roughly 3-4 hours of new content, including an entirely new archetype, the Ritualist.

To 100% the DLC list, all you have to do is play through the Awakened King a minimum of two times. You can follow the suggested roadmap below for the most optimized path to 100% which combines multiple trophies in one run.

Step 1: Unlock Master of the Dark Arts + You Shall Pass + Regicide

For this step, focus on completing the DLC once. On your way to the Awakened King’s castle, you can obtain the Ragged Poppet, the engram you need to unlock the Ritualist archetype at Ward 13 for :silver: Master of the Dark Arts and interact with the Bridge Warden on the broken bridge leading to the castle for :bronze: You Shall Pass. When you reach the end of the castle, simply defeat the Awakened King for :gold: Regicide.

Step 2: Unlock A Foul Feast and Succession

Reroll the Awakened King’s level in Adventure Mode and this time focus on these two remaining trophies. Because you need two specific side dungeons for these trophies to be unlockable, you may need to reroll the level a few times until you are lucky enough to find them.

Remnant 2: The Awakened King DLC Trophy Guide & Roadmap Regicide
Defeat the One True King		 Gold
SEMI-MISSABLE

This trophy can be missed if you decide to meet the One True King’s request of killing Nimue when you meet him at the end of the DLC map. When you reach the One True King at the end of the DLC, don’t meet his request and choose to fight him instead. After you’ve defeated him, you will unlock this trophy.

This trophy unlocks for both co-op partners.

Deliver Leftovers to a Reluctant Recipient		 Silver
SEMI-MISSABLE

Follow these steps for the trophy: 

  1. After killing the One True King on your very first run of the DLC area, start a new Adventure Mode for the Awakened King.
  2. At the start, continue along the coast and enter the sewers on your left where you can find Leywise, the scribe. Talk to him and exhaust his dialogues. 
  3. Continue through the area until you reach the base of the castle rock where you can start seeing the castle-related’s side dungeons. Enter them all until you find the legacy side dungeon called “The Great Hall”. 
  4. Proceed through the side dungeon and collect the Ravenous Medallion from the back of the kitchen. 
  5. Use the elevator at the back of the kitchen to return to the start of the side dungeon and open the doors to the feast hall.
  6. Talk to the feast host at the table and choose any dialogue options until you’re able to ask him who betrayed the king. He will tell you it was the Leywise. 
  7. Tell him you know Leywise and ask him if he’s joining the feast. He will say no. 
  8. Tell him he should and he will tell you about a gift he has for the scribe. 
  9. Ask for the gift to obtain it. 
  10. Return to Leywise near the Forlorn Coast world stone and talk to him in the sewers. Keep insisting until he accepts the gift. 
  11. Trophy unlocks. 

This trophy only unlocks for the host.
Remnant 2: The Awakened King DLC Trophy Guide & Roadmap Succession
Discover the One True Ending		 Silver
SEMI-MISSABLE

Follow these steps for the trophy: 

  1. After completing the DLC area once, start a new Adventure Mode for the Awakened King. 
  2. Talk to Leywise, the scribe, in the sewers near the start of the area. 
  3. Proceed through the level until you reach the castle rock and the halls where you can start seeing side dungeons that will have the castle environments. If you’re lucky enough, you will find the legacy side dungeon “Gilded Chambers”. If you’re unlucky, you’ll have to reroll until you find it. When you find it, interact with the World Stone, then leave the area. 
  4. Continue through the level until you defeat the One True King at the end. 
  5. Now return to the Gilded Chambers and farm three Crimson King Coins. These coins only drop from Fae elite enemies (marked by a discernible ding) and are randomized. You can also earn one coin per run through the side dungeon. If you can’t find any Fae elite enemies or you’ve already picked up one coin, reset the dungeon at either World Stone in the dungeon.
  6. Once you’ve got three coins, proceed to the hall at the end of the dungeon and speak with the Red Prince. Give him the coin tribute. 
  7. Now warp back to the One True King’s hall and talk to the Red Prince. 
  8. Trophy unlocks. 

This trophy unlocks for both co-op partners.
Remnant 2: The Awakened King DLC Trophy Guide & Roadmap Master of the Dark Arts
Acquire the Ritualist Archetype		 Silver
Follow these steps for the trophy: 

  1. Start a new Adventure Mode for the Awakened King (can be your very first or a second run through the level).
  2. Proceed through the level until you’ll have to drop down into an area with many wooden boats by means of a ladder. At the bottom of the ladder, go left and follow the boats until you can reach a cave where a hog-sacrificing ritual is taking place. 
  3. Kill the witch and the hog and then collect the Ragged Poppet item from the wooden post. 
  4. Return the Ragged Poppet to Wallace at Ward 13. Trophy unlocks. 

This trophy unlocks for both co-op partners.
Remnant 2: The Awakened King DLC Trophy Guide & Roadmap You Shall Pass
Acquire a Reward from the Bridge Warden		 Bronze
SEMI-MISSABLE

Follow these steps for the trophy:

  1. Start a new Adventure Mode for the Awakened King (can be your very first or a second run through the level).
  2. After crossing the wooden boat section, you’ll reach a smaller World Stone. Shortly after it, on the right, you’ll find a furnace with some flying Fae enemies. Don’t enter the furnace, but go past it and up the stairs. 
  3. Continue up the ladders until you reach a second bigger World Stone, right before the bridge. At the start of the bridge, you should see a massive NPC. Don’t attack him, but simply slowly walk up and talk to him. 
  4. During the conversation, don’t dismiss him, but instead exhaust his dialogues until he gives you a ring. Trophy unlocks!

This trophy unlocks for both co-op partners.

  2. I have tried A Foul Feast once and it didn’t work cuz we were in a coop game.

    I have also tried doing the You Shall Pass trophy 3 times and it does not pop either.

    Trophy glitch again?

    • Same problem with both trophies (Foul Feast and You Shall Pass). I was coop the first time I encountered these scenarios and did not get the trophies and now going through it solo do not unlock them either. Seems like a glitch indeed.

    • Because Leywise moves to the throne room when going for the Succession trophy and this may lock you out of giving him the item and, as such, the Foul Feast trophy.

  4. You shall not pass is ot just about skipping the melting oven or not killing the flying mob, its a out overall kills you do to get there.

    Gear up with defensive, xtamina recovery, run items, items that make mobs detect you less and then just start running.

    1st zone you can get through without killing anybody.
    2nd zone (random) you can reach end fight without killing anybody, might die a few times getting there to learn the route. Then just kill in the end of that zone fight.
    3rd zone, you can reach the bridge stone without killing anybody. If a mobs is chasing you then just stand at the stone and let it kill you.
    Once you reach the big guy on the bridge with almost no kills he will talk.
