Remnant 2 contains 21 Relics that are your main source of restoring health and can sometimes be used for specific character builds. Here are the locations of all Relics and how to obtain them:
- Dragon Heart: unmissable, story-related unlock.
- Blooming Heart: Yaesha > Imperial Gardens or The Expanding Glade. When you reach this area, look for a big tower. If it’s not there, you’ll have to reroll. Get in front of the tower and step on and off the button and remember the four symbols that appear. Head down the staircases behind you and phase through the illusory wall between the two staircases. Inside, insert the symbols you saw earlier in any order and the circular door ahead will unlock.
- Constrained Heart: randomly sold by Cass at Ward 13 for 1,250 Scrap after defeating 12 world bosses.
- Crystal Heart: N’Erud > The Dark Conduit. Find and plug the Loose Fuse back in to complete the event. Then, open the door next to it to find the Relic.
- Decayed Heart: Root Earth > Corrupted Harbor. This can only be obtained in Campaign mode as Root Earth is not playable in Adventure Mode. Past the first big area, at the end of a hallway, there is a path through the brambles.
- Diverting Heart: randomly sold by Cass at Ward 13 for 1,250 Scrap after defeating 30 world bosses.
- Enlarged Heart: randomly sold by Cass at Ward 13 for 1,250 Scraps.
- Lifeless Heart: Yaesha > The Forbidden Grove. Reroll Yaesha until you get the Forbidden Grove as your starting location. Follow the main objectives until you meet the Ravager. Here, choose to kill the Doe to obtain the Ravager’s Mark amulet. Now warp back to the Forbidden Grove, the very first World Stone, the one you’ve spawned at. Go down the stairs and continue a little bit more until you see a statue of the Ravager eating a doe. Position yourself in front of the statue and equip the Ravager’s Mark amulet. An underground area will now open with the Fruit of Death consumable. Eat it 3 times (you’ll die, it’s normal) and you will unlock this Relic.
- Pulsing Heart: Yaesha > Endaira’s End. After completing the dungeon in the final room, stand on a pressure plate to find a secret door leading to a small labyrinth. Progress through the end where you will find a ladder. After vaulting over the barrier, do not take the stairs, but proceed to the hidden wall on your left, get close and walk through the wall to find the Pulsing Heart.
- Quilted Heart: Losomn > Brocwithe Quarter, Morrow Parish, or Forsaken Quarter. Follow the main objective until you can climb up a ladder and enter a room with an old woman on a spindle. This is the Oracle of the Dran and she wants you to find lost darn children around the area. When you find a child, follow him to lead him back to the Oracle. When you’ve found both kids, talk to her to receive this Heart.
- Reprocessed Heart: The Labyrinth. This can only be obtained in Campaign Mode as The Labyrinth is not playable in Adventure Mode. You will soon reach a portal that switches landing locations. To get this Heart, enter the portal when it seemingly drops you into the void. However, there’s a second portal here in the sky you can fall into. So, time your drop and if done correctly, it will then warp you to the location of the Heart.
- Resonating Heart: Root Earth > Ashen Wasteland checkpoint. This can only be obtained in Campaign Mode as Root Earth is not playable in Adventure Mode. Can be found in an underground area near the Ashen Wasteland checkpoint. You’ll have to drop down a hole in the floor to find it.
- Ripened Heart: can be grown on the tree planted in Ward 13. To plant the tree you need a Thaen Seed, you need to start a new Adventure in Yaesha, making sure that your starting location is the Red Throne. Speak with the Queen, be kind to her to start the quest. Now follow the main objectives until you reach an area called The Widow’s Court. Here, you must find the Ornate Lockbox and Ornate Key. The Ornate Lockbox is located behind an illusory wall found in a water-filled underground area below the main objective door. The Ornate Key can be found on a corpse. Once you have both items, inspect the Lockbox in your Inventory and use the key to open it and collect the Thaen Seed.
- Runed Heart: The Labyrinth > Entangled Gauntlet. This can only be obtained in Campaign mode as The Labyrinth is not playable in Adventure Mode. From the checkpoint, sprint along the statues with the hands, then go up the stairs on your left. Continue on to find this Heart.
- Salvaged Heart: N’Erud > Ascension Spire. In the same room as the Custodian, there’s a hole in the ground you can drop down from. Inside the room, talk to the Drzyr Replicator and buy the heart for x10 Lumenite Crystals, x15 Relic Dust and 1,500 Scrap.
- Shielded Heart: N’Erud > Tower of the Unseen. As part of solving the puzzle with the Stellar-Powered Cells, you will have to drop down from a hole in the ground to reach a statue where you have to slot in the Cell to be able to make your way out. This will open the next door where you can find this Relic.
- Siphon Heart: N’Erud > Ascension Spire. Reroll Adventure Mode in N’Erud until your starting location is the Forgotten Prison. Here, continue with the main objectives until you meet Tal’Ratha. Defeat either of its form to obtain the Shining Essence Echo. Now head to the Ascension Spire checkpoint and talk to the Custodian. Give him the Shining Essence Echo to get this Relic in return.
- Tormented Heart: Losomn > Tormented Asylum. This can only be obtained in Campaign Mode as rerolling Adventure Mode loses your items. Additionally, you have to be very lucky to have Morrow Parish in Losomn and Seeker’s Rest in N’Erud as your starting locations. If either one is not there during your Campaign Run, you may have to reroll. In N’Erud, proceed through the main objective markers until you reach an area called Timeless Horizon. Here, you must look for a tower with an elevator that leads to a statue that resembles the ones that have Seeker’s Keys. There is a small crevice you can enter on the right side of the room. Follow the path to find the Override Pin item. Now continue with the Campaign or, if you have already played through Losomn and you’ve reached the Nightweaver’s Web inside the Tormented Asylum, then you can warp here directly. At the Nightweaver’s Web, sacrifice the Override Pin to receive the Tormented Heart.
- Tranquil Heart: Losomn > Nimue’s Retreat. Head to Nimue’s Retreat in either your Campaign save or start a new Adventure Mode in Losomn, making sure that your starting location is the Palace Gardens. When you reach Nimue, talk to her and hand the Tormented Heart over to craft the Tranquil Heart.
- Unsullied Heart: Losomn > Beatific Palace. For this, you need to combine Faerin’s and Faelin’s Rings. To obtain them, you need to play through Losomn twice, provide your starting area is Palace Gardens. One run to defeat Faelin, one run to defeat Faerin. Once you have defeated both, you can combine their ring rewards at Nimue’s to create the One True King Sigil item. Now equip it and stand in front of the large sword-wielding statue in Beatific Palace found at the starting checkpoint. The statue will now raise, granting you this Heart.
- Void Heart: N’Erud > Alepsis-Taura. This is by far the most complex Relic to obtain. First off, Alepsis-Taura is a secret location in N’Erud that can only be accessed after finishing the Seeker’s Keys event and killing the world boss Sha’Hala: Spectral Guardian of N’Erud. So, make sure that in Campaign Mode for N’Erud your starting location is Seeker’s Rest. Then, proceed through the main objective markers until your reach the Ascension Spire area in either Timeless Horizon, Phantom Wasteland or The Eon Vault and talk to the Custodian to start the quest. Finish the quest by defeating the boss at the top of Sentinel’s Keep. Make sure NOT to use the Override Pin before defeating the boss as this will lock you out of this Heart. Once you’ve defeated the boss, return to the Custodian and tell him you’ve completed the mission. Now you have to wait an entire 12 hours in real time. You can either leave your game on or use the system settings to fast time forward. After 12 hours, Alepsis-Taura should become available. In this place, you will find an audio record and the Void Heart next to it on the ground. You can now safely return to Ward 13.
