Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart has 5 Glitch Challenges. Finding all Glitch Challenges unlocks the Glitch, Uh, Finds a Way trophy.
Glitch Challenges are a type of puzzle where you play as a little spider robot. They look like computer consoles overgrown by some purple vines. The goal is always to find and shoot some viruses. For trophy purposes it’s totally fine to skip these from the pause menu. No need to actually play them if you want to save time.
None of the Glitch Challenges are missable, you can still get all of them after the story by resuming the game from the title screen and it will put you back before the endboss. Then you can backtrack to all their locations. You get a spaceship after the 2nd planet and then you can fly back to old planets any time.
The first 3 Glitch Challenges are automatic from the story, cannot be missed. Don’t even worry about those. Only the last 2 are optional but they are both tied to gold bolt collectibles, which makes them obvious to find.

Glitch Challenge #1
Planet 1: Corson V – Automatic from Story, unmissable.
Glitch Challenge #2
Planet 4: Savali – Automatic from Story, unmissable.
Glitch Challenge #3
Planet 7: Cordelion – Automatic from Story, unmissable.
Glitch Challenge #4
Planet 8: Ardolis – In the northwest of the map, the story will take you there to go through some pirate trials. After the first trial room (karaoke with pirates), you will come to a room with a Grunthor skeleton and a gold bolt gated off on the left. Use the console and do the Glitch Challenge to reach the Gold Bolt.
Glitch Challenge #5
Planet 4: Savali – This is only possible after finishing the 8th planet (Ardolis), when the story makes you go back to the 4th planet Savali. Now a big hole has opened up in the ground in the northwest of the map. Drop down there (the story makes you go there) and you can find another Gold Bolt locked away. Again you must use this console and complete the Glitch Challenge to reach the Gold Bolt. That’s the final Glitch Challenge and will unlock the Glitch, Uh, Finds a Way trophy.

This glitched for me. I was able to finish it faster because I was able to do both challenges #4 and #5 back to back from the same console in Ardolis. This also locked me out from the gold bolt in the 5th location as the game does not allow me to interact with that console.

Same issue here. I did the glitch challenge twice now cannot receive the gold bolt from the last location.

oh no… same here, i was able to d the two last levels on the pirate planet. now i cant interact with the last door with the gold bolt. hope they fix it.. where can we report it to let them know ?

Glitched for me too. I have done all 5 and the trophy won’t pop.

I want to say that this trophy is definitely missable due to GLITCH (what an irony).
This happens when you skip the 4th Glitch, and when you return to Ardolis later, if you approach the Glitch terminal, the case will automatically opened and you will get the Bolt, but you can never access the Glitch puzzle, hence the game count it as you didn’t complete it. I returned to the puzzle before the final boss, and was unable to complete it.
There are several others that also reported having this issue (me included), sadly seems like the only way to fix this is by replaying the game.

I did find all those 5 Glitch chanllenges and in this order, but I dis not get the trophy and I think I should chanllenge Master virus somewhere, but no one do not know the location. It is like a bug in the game. This is only trophy left in the game.
