Isle of Armor Dex: #3 Slowking
Abilities: Oblivious (1) | Own Tempo (2) | Regenerator (H)
Type: Water / Psychic
Items: King’s Rock (5% Chance)
EXP Group: MediumFast
Egg Group: Monster / Water1
Hatch Cycles: 20
Height: 02.00 m, Weight: 079.5 kg, Color: Pink
Evolution Galarian Variants: Slowpoke (Galarian) > Slowbro (Galarian) [Use Galarcia Cuff]
Evolution Kantonian Variants:
Slowpoke (Kantonian) > Slowbro (Kantonian) [Level 37] > Slowking (Kantonian) [Trade with King’s Rock]

Slowking Location in Pokemon Sword & Shield: This Pokemon requires the Isle of Armor DLC! In Isle of Armor you can find Slowking in the following locations:

  • Requires Isle of Armor Expansion! Cannot be found in the main game.
  • Slowking (Kantonian) – evolves from Slowbro (Kantonian) by trading it with a King’s Rock equipped to another player (trade locally or via internet).
    • Where to get King’s Rock: Odds are you have this item already from the main game. It’s found on Route 8. Fast Travel to Route 8, from where you land go left and down the path, climb down the ladder and walk down some stairs. This will lead to the area of the screenshot below, the King’s Rock is behind the wall (circled red in image). It’s a normal Pokeball item pickup. If it’s no longer here, check your bag as you might already have collected it. If it’s not in your backpack, check your Pokemon as you might have equipped it to one of them. Alternatively, Hawlucha has a 5% chance to be wearing this item when you catch it (so catching 20 Hawlucha should get you one with a King’s Rock equipped).
  • Slowking (Galarian) – not yet available as of Isle of Armor DLC. Is supposed to be released with Crown of Tundra DLC.

Slowking (Galarian) Stats:

  • HP: 95
  • Attack: 75
  • Defense: 80
  • Special Attack: 100
  • Special Defense: 110
  • Speed: 30
  • Total Combat Points: 490
