June 22, 2020 by PowerPyx 1 Comment

The Oval Stone in Pokemon Sword & Shield is used to evolve Happiny to Chansey. This guide shows where to find the Oval Stone Location in Pokemon Sword and Shield.

Oval Stone Location:

  • When catching Happiny, it has a 50% chance to hold an Oval Stone. You may need to catch a few of them (2-3 should suffice) which can take 5-15 minutes. You can tell whether it holds an Oval Stone by going to your Pokemon in the pause menu and clicking X to see held items.
  • Happiny only spawns in the Isle of Armor DLC! Here are Happiny’s spawn locations in Isle of Armor Expansion (it’s a 10% chance spawn in the grass):
    • Fields of Honor
      • NON-OVERWORLD – All Weather – 10% Chance
    • Soothing Wetlands
      • NON-OVERWORLD – All Weather – 10% Chance
