• Can be hatched from egg by breeding Clefairy with Ditto.
• Can be caught during a randomly spawning 2-Star Raid (Level 25-30). The raid is can show up in both versions Sword + Shield but it’s very rare (only 1 single raid in the entire game has this Pokemon).
• No known location to catch this Pokemon in the open world (doesn’t list any habitats in Pokedex either – appears to be raid only).
