Roaring Moon Location in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet:

Found only in the Great Crater of Paldea (Area Zero). To reach this area you must first defeat all 5 Titan bosses (one of the three main story goals), then go to the Poco Path Lighthouse in South Province (Area One), where you went during the Prologue at the start of the game (can fly to it). After a cutscene and a fight you can now access the Great Crater of Paldea from its north-west side, through West Province (Area Three), where the purple-colored section is on the map adjacent to the crater. Finish the endgame story section here in the Crater until the credits roll and you unlocked Koraidon (your legendary mount) for use in combat. Only after finishing the story the Roaring Moon Pokemon will spawn. Follow the path depicted in the screenshots below to a hidden cave, walk around there until Roaring Moon spawns.
