Pokemon Scarlet & Violet Malicious Armor Location

Malicious Armor is an evolution item in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet, it is used to evolve Charcadet to Ceruledge (Exclusive to Pokemon Violet). This guide shows where to find Malicious Armor Location in Pokemon Violet.

Malicious Armor Location:

  • Malicious Armor is obtained by trading 10 Sinistea Chips to the old man in Zapapico, a town in East Province (Area Three). To reach this place you must first have defeated the Open Sky Titan (Level 19) in West Province (Area One). This will unlock the Swim Ability for your mount, which is needed to reach Zapapico.
     
  • Sinistea Chips are dropped by Sinistea Pokemon. The map below shows where to find them, simply keep defeating or catching them to get 10 Chips. They spawn in Ruins and Town biomes at any daytime (Morning, Noon, Evening, Night). You can improve their spawn rate by consuming food that boosts Ghost-type encounter chance.
  • Auspicious Armor is exclusive to le in Pokemon Violet (not available in Pokemon Scarlet). Players of Scarket must find 10 Bronzor Fragments to get Auspicious Armor, used to evolve Armarouge. You can trade with players of the other version to get the exclusive Pokemon.

Malicious Armor Evolutions:

In Scarlet & Violet you use Malicious Armor to evolve the following Pokemon:

  • Charcadet > Ceruledge
