This page shows a Tier List of the best Pokemon in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet. The best Pokemon can be measured by their total CP (Combat Points), which is the combined score of all their statistics at maximum level (Health, Attack, Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense, Speed).

The higher the total CP value of a Pokemon, the stronger it is. The best Pokemon take longer to level up but their stronger stats make it well worth the time investment.

The Top Score is 670 CP. There are only 3 Pokemon in Scarlet and Violet with this score, these can be considered “S-Tier”. They are the two Legendaries and Slaking (which is similar to Snorlax). The next best Tier consists of Pokemon that have 600 CP total, these can be considered “A-Tier”. You should aim to build a team of S-Tier and A-Tier Pokemon. This page specifically lists only Pokemon with at least 600 CP. Anything below that we would consider “B-Tier”, there are plenty that fall in a range of 530-580 which are mostly the ones that have 3 Evolutions. For example, the starter Pokemon only have 530 CP in their last evolution. These can still be good additions to your team but not quite as good as the ones listed here.
