A Man of Many Names is the 159th side quest in Ni No Kuni 2 The Revenant Kingdom. This walkthrough will guide will show you Sin Gul’s Full Name to solve A Man of Many Names Side Quest.

Quest Starting Location

• Location: Capstan-upon-hull (quest icon on map)
• Requirement: Completed the Story. After beating the story (after the credits), choose to save your game. Now your save game will get a gold star on the right side. Load that save and you’ll unlock new endgame content including this quest. Only after finishing the story it will appear!
• Quest Giver: Sin-Gul

Work out Sin-Guls full name

Sin Gul’s full name is: Sin-Donwaribihapi-Tstaykenmayt-Haoozbiznis-Sbinawile-Watsamata-Gul

Simply talk to him and select those names in the given order. Normally, you’d have to talk to all the NPCs in the game and find Musical people who will give you pieces of his name. Doing this is not necessary now that you know his name. Just enter it and it’s done.

The Legit Way

This side quest does not show any quest markers. You are supposed to talk to every NPC to see if someone knows a piece of the name (thus narrowing down the possibilities). I was only able to find 3 Musical people and had to guess the remaining two. Below are the people you need to talk to to get Sin Gul’s full name:

#1 – Goldpaw (Musical Man) = Tsaykenamyt

#2 – Broadleaf (Musical Old Fellow) = Sbinawile

#3 – Hydropolis (Musical Girl) = Haoozbizniss

Sin Gul is one of the most important people to recruit in the game. His skill “Singularity” is needed to research the Level 8 improvements of Armor and Weapons. Having high-rank weapons will help a great deal with slaying the Tainted Monsters and beating the secret 10th Dreamer’s Door Maze.
