1 Stars: Reef (Day) Research Level 1 – Ordinary enough
Obtained by taking a standard picture of Sharpedo.
2 Stars: Seafloor Research Level 3 – A bit unusual!
Obtained by throwing an illumina orb at the Crystabloom near the Lumineon on the second descent of the alternate path while the Sharpedo is snapping at it. Lumineon will attack the Sharpedo away. Snap a picture of the Sharpedo being scared off.
3 Stars: Reef (Day) Research Level 3 – Tag, you’re it!
Obtained by taking a picture of the Sharpedo while it is chasing Squirtle at the beginning of the level. This can be done until you get to the Whirlpool.
4 Stars: Reef (Day) Research Level 3 – Which one’s faster?
Obtained by taking a picture of the Sharpedo while it is racing the Machamp after the Wailord. To get the Machamp to race the Sharpedo you will need to throw an illumina orb at it and play a Melody.
