In the last open area if you get Milotic out of the water early enough it will swim over to the Serperior and start interacting with it. Them happily chatting is the 3 star pose.

In the very last area after going under the tree stump look to the left toward the Ancient Ruins and you will see Serperior’s tail sticking out. Throw an illumina orb at it and Serperior will slither out into the open. Feed it a fluffruit and once it is done eating play it a melody and it will fall asleep, take a picture of the Serperior while it is sleeping for this pose.
