In the last open area if you get Milotic out of the water early enough it will swim over to the Serperior and start interacting with it. Them happily chatting is the 3 star pose.
4 Stars: Illumina Spot Research Level 2 – Twister!
In the last open area if you get Milotic out of the water and hit it with a few illumina orbs it will start to glow and swim up to you and yell. It will instantly after jump into the water and jump out and into the sky starting a twister. This is another 3 star pose but if you throw an illumina orb at the Milotic while it is spinning in the air it will release a big ball of watery explosion and pose. This is its 4 star pose.
