1 Stars: Park (Day) Research Level 1 – Noteworthy behavior?
Obtained through a default picture of Magikarp splashing. Can be found on the far side of the lake in the second open area.
2 Stars: Park (Night) Research Level 2 – You don’t see this every day
Throw a fluffruit at the sleeping Magikarp on a rock near the lake and it will wake it up. Snap a picture when it opens its eyes.
3 Stars: Jungle (Day) Research Level 1 – Chow time
Throw a fluffruit in the water in front of Magikarp and it will splash towards the fluffruit and start eating it slightly out of the water. This is the time to snap the picture.
4 Stars: Seafloor Research Level 3 – You don’t see this every day
At the end of the main path on the Lental Seafloor at the point where you ascend to the exit you will see a bunch of Frillish floating down holding a Magikarp. This is the 4 star pose for Magikarp.
